What went wrong more like what didn't go wrong! This was my first order as a first time customer to deal with this company. I ordered "Lime and Dandy soap bars" paid for express delivery.
Firstly my package didn't arrive when it was supposed to and then when it did arrive it contained "unicorn bath bombs" labelled as Lime and Dandy soap bars. I got a load of apologies via messenger, email blah blah. I was told that when I returned the wrong items I had received that the correct order would be shipped only to find out that the Warehouse had refunded me already even though I had stated quite a few times that I didn't want a refund just the original order that I had placed with them, I didn't mind waiting a few more days. Then after apologies about that mistake they said that I could retry ordering the original goods that I wanted. In all fairness if this company had any ethics they might have considered as a good will gesture giving me my order, not, look for me to give them business that they can't be bothered fulfill. Now I am fair and will amend this review if they do the decent thing but I won't hold my breathe a positively horrible experience with PLT. I have all correspondence of my dealings with this company if anyone wishes to see it.
I contacted them after 2 items were missing from my order and they refuse to refund/ credit/ or send the items. They have sent me 6+ emails fighting with me saying that I am lying about the missing items. I've never been so upset with a purchase in my life. Also nothing looks the way it does online. Horrible horrible experience, with the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was replying on my order for next day delivery. It said it would come day after I ordered 3 days in. No order, I pay extra for next day delivery. Customer service don't care, they say just wait a bit longer. Hate plt!
Sizes are messed up. No customer service. Way too much charge for shipping. They don't honour their own coupons
I do like most of the items I receive but Watch out ordering too many items at once. They don't include all your items. I contact them and they still don't mail all the items they missed or refund me. They claim that they seen the items packaged and delivered on security camera which is either a lie or something weird and fraudulent is happening in their factory. Either my package was lost somewhere during delivery or their employees have a sneaky way of stealing. Also found it weird they do not mail everything at once. Orders come split up… sometimes it's only one item at a time. Will not be ordering from here again!
It said on the checkout page that the total using a discount code was $60. That's including tax and shipping thanks to the discount code it said that it was applied multiple times. I clicked pay now next to the $60, and it gives me a confirmation page saying it charged me $75 when I didn't consent to paying $75. The only confirmation I have access to is WRONG, and I didn't agree to and they refused to refund me. DON'T SHOP HERE.
I ordered the Plus White One Shoulder Pleated Detail Midi Dress. The dress looked nothing like the website. The hems were showing, the dress was see through and felt like a table cloth. They want me to pay to return to them knowing the shipping costs is extremely high and probably equal to the cost of the item or more and currently I am in a dispute with them. Thank God that I ordered through PayPal. Coincidentally they don't allow people to leave reviews on their website. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. I'm attaching pictures of what I ordered compared to what I got.
For what you're paying for you can get so much more in other sites then what I got here. Don't buy stuff from here please. The swim suit that I bought from there I haven't worn it ones and I payed top dollar for the item. The tag wasn't on right and there was loose threads everywhere. I ordered a large and I followed the size chart. I measured myself and when it came it didn't come a large it came an xxl
Als je iets terug stuurt krijg je je geld niet. Ze willen dat je het geschil sluit bij PayPal, maar die adviseren het niet te doen, omdat je dan helemaal nergens recht meer op heb. Ik moet tot 2 juni wachten dan sluit het geschil. Dus willen ze dat ik het voor die tijd doet. Weet een beter naam voor ze. Big ugly thing!
Accidentally shipped my package to the wrong address, within 2 minutes I reached out to customer service and asked to change my address. THey said no and basically to figure out how to find my package myself. My package was sent back to Pretty Little Thing because no one lives at the address it was mailed to, and it took hours for me to reach someone about a refund.
I bought a black jumpsuit. It stained my whole entire body and I'm currently on day two of trying to scrub it off my skin. I've cleaned the jumpsuit before wearing it as well. I had to throw out a pair of my sheets and a towel because it won't come out. I
My first purchase with them. Ordered my items with my CORRECT ADDRESS, was supposed to get the package yesterday. When I tracked it today, it said they tried delivering it to me yesterday, but no answer and sent it back to sender. Which is false, I was home all day yesterday & never received anything. So I called usps & they said PLT didn't have an address on my package only town and zip code. I texted PLTs customer service texting, after a LONG wait they said I didn't have the correct address on my account and now one of my items is out of stock! After sending a message back they took SOOO long so reply back & another person replied and basically said there's nothing they can do about it either I can get a refund on the in stock items or have them resend it. I keep trying to message them and ask more questions but they keep having me waiting the longest time. They do not care to help whatsoever and they've been keeping me waiting for a long time. (Names are "Jhon and Cidrex")It's super frustrating. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Everything on my end I made sure was correct, but on their end they messed up and now I'm the one that has to deal with the issues because of it. I never write negative reviews I hate doing it but their customer service is terrible, they genuinely do not care about customers, they care about the money. I will never give them any more service after this.
The receipt shows the discounted price plus standard shipping but the total suddenly spikes to $20 more. I emailed them regarding this because I just want to be charged the right amount and they said they cannot. The order receipt displays this price error. I will be taking this up with the bank as it's fraud.
Qualität ist schrecklich, wollte alles zurücksenden. Nun das stellte sich als extrem kompliziert raus, da meine Bestellnummer "nicht korrekt" war. Sie haben mir dann ca. 5x die falschen Angaben gemacht, wie ich die Retoure tätigen muss (ist ja wirklich nicht kompliziert!). Nun warte ich natürlich seit einer Ewigkeit auf mein Geld. Sie haben auch da wieder Dinge versprochen und nicht eingehalten. Ich glaube sie wollen einfach, dass man dann irgendwann aufgibt. Werde def. Nie mehr bestellen.
I had purchased two dresses. One fit and one didn't, so I returned the one that didn't and got two more in different sizes. I kept the one that fit and returned the second again. They have absolutely no return instructions on their site. It says to "click to download shipping label." There is no shipping label. Just the address that you have to return it to. It does not say to include order #, contact info, anything, so I took it upon myself to include that in each package. I paid $18.29 to ship each one. The last one I sent was on March 22nd, 2023. The first one I sent a couple weeks prior to that. I still have not received my refund for either dress. I reached out to customer service to let them know I had lost the tracking numbers, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. So two packages just magically got lost in the mail? What are the odds? And there is "nothing" you can do for me, so now I am just out over $100? WORST customer service.
They never deliver on time even when you pay for express delivery. Express delivery to Australia says 3-4 business days on their website but it usually takes about 7-10 business days.
While they give attractive deals, it's not worth it, items are of poor quality and expensive. The return is not included so you need to pay for your own return. And once they get your return, they don't refund you, you must reach out to them and they tell you to wait 28 days. HORRIBLE
