Experience was good. Amount shown was different than what charged. Also it mentioned later that resort fee is not included and will charge separately. Please show final amount to be paid per night for more transparency
I made a hotel booking which with free cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival. Due to the impact of Corona virus I cancelled my booking within terms and Prestigia will not refund the amount paid, more than $1,000. What are they doing holding onto all these funds?
I would give this site zero stars if I could. I paid more to book a flexible rate and did not receive a full refund, even though the hotel is actually closed! Prestigia is insisting to keep the entire deposit and offer me a credit instead, claiming COVID-19 gives them the right to make an exception to policy in their favor! I continue to request to speak with a member of management and am told they are unavailable since all are working from home. They are dishonest and shady. It's so disappointing because I have used them in the past and now will NEVER book with them again!
We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
I stayed at a resort that flooded. The manager was willing to reimburse my money. When prestigia was made aware, they would not reimburse my money. They stated they would credit me for a future stay. When I sent them the information, they still wouldn't credit me. Please don't use their service. You can't speak to a human being and they will not work with you.
I paid $677.00 for a hotel room in June of 2020, it was a refundable reservation, this world crisis we are going through, of course everything is closed, I cancelled last week and they refused to give me a refund. I'm disputing the charges but this company is horrible, lying and cheating people.

Quick and easy. Receiving one email without a link where I could view my booking on Prestigia's site was worrisome. Trying to create a new account produced an error so I was just relying on good faith until I confirmed by calling the hotel.

This is an awful company as far as honesty, integrity,and professionalism.
They take your money and do not honor the refund rules they publish.
I booked and cancelled within 6 hrs of each other.
I even recieved a confirmation and told they would refund my money in 3 to 5 days.
After no refund in 2 weeks I emailed and called.
Email was ignored
Phone call was handled so unprofessional and rude.
Still no refund and they didn't care.
I will never use this company again and will tell anyone I know the are thieves.
I called over and over and you cannot reach a live person. And my question still is not answered because the email reply didn't offer any options. All it asks is if the booking was confirmed or cancelled. That's not my question. I'm trying to find out why the hotel shows no record of this reservation.
I saw all of the negative reviews and I thought to myself "what's the worst that can happen?" Losing all of your money is it AND you will if you deal with Prestigia.com. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to ANY more reputable site or, better yet, go to your hotel's site and ask for a price match. You may be just as successful. Stay away from Prestigia.
Stay away. I booked 2 adults 3 kids allinclusive at iberostar. Upon arrival was informed that reservation was only for 2 adults and 1 kid. Hotel made me pay for two other kids another $1,200. Prestigia not responding to phone calls

I searched 3 adults and the sites showed me 3 single beds in room for the price of 408. I paid and decided to call them who told me that it's not correct. I had to pay another 50 per night for an extra person.
If choose 3 adults how is it they expect people to sleep in 2 single beds? Guest was 3 so your sites showed me incorrect quote or they are doing false advertising
Just wanted to make others aware when booking hotels though Prestigia you may be up for unexpected charges at the time of check in.
Their site is deceiving. Booked a room for 3 people. They have sent confirmation clearly stating that the room is booked for 3 people, with fine print that room is paid only 2 people. We were asked to pay for the third person on arrival to the hotel.
In our case, they quoted low price to get our business and when we complained, asked to refer to the fine print.
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
