I booked two night stay in Amsterdam. My wife wanted to add an extra day. The website does not have an option to modify existing reservation. I tried calling to either get a busy signal or rings and hangs up on us. I tried contacting the hotel directly. They could not verify we had a reservation based on the confirmation numbers supplied by Prestigia or my surname. I contacted my credit card company for fraud. Prestigia supplied an actual reservation number 6 weeks later in a unfriendly email threatening to pursue legal action. Credit card company reversed charge on 4/4 the hotel cancelled the hold on 4/1. Prestigia claims that the initial reservation is all they are required to do and will not refund money or provide room. AVOID THIS COMPANY - The discount is not real
They gave me one price online, I paid in full, then hotel charges me much more upon arrival. Surprise and hidden fees that's what you gonna get! I have never seen anything like that. It's a gimmick they catch you with a good price then they make sure you pay more for a mediocre service. Stay away from Prestigia if you want honest business.

This place is really doing a good business with their clients, they send you a confirmation email with your reservation number but when you call the hotel directly this reservation is not shown in the system, so ther is no reservation and when you call them to cancel they tell you that the full amount will be put on a credit on your account or refunded to tour original payment method but this might last up to 3 months, crazy right $760 paid in full not refunded in the usual 5-7 business days, as all companies do, know what they said due to high demand of cancellation this is the estimated time your refund will get back to you, but they didn't care if my reservation didn't show up at the hotel. They take your money full, not a portion on hold like the rest of the hotels or booking sites, but in full instead and take 3 months to refund it to you. I would not suggest to use this site to anyone, don't waste your time because they'll give you a headache trying to solve things out.

The worst experience I've had so far. Don't book hotel via this website. I booked a hotel in Miami like one month in advance. One week before my trip, I got an email from Prestigia that they were not able to confirm my reservation and they can cancel it or change it to another hotel. However, the new hotel where they offered me was a cheap hotel far from beach with low review score. I had to totally cancel my reservation and since it is now close to my trip, and its high season, all the prices have been gone up. It is not a reliable website and I hope to get my money back at least.

Stay away. They canceled my reservation last minute without any support and help quoting a bs/security reason that's never ever happened before. Get your stuff together people. This is not the way to treat your customers.
I'm sadly in the same boat as many others, booked 3 rooms at The Mirage in Vegas, Free cancellation, the hotel is still closed but Prestigia are refusing to give us our money back. 3 months I've been trying to get a refund. I've given them 2 more weeks and then will be starting legal proceedings.
I'll never, ever use this company again and would encourage everyone to stay away from them.
Experience was good. Amount shown was different than what charged. Also it mentioned later that resort fee is not included and will charge separately. Please show final amount to be paid per night for more transparency
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
