Took around 17 days to receive a few shirts and a hat. Other than the long wait it's good

I received my order in time for Christmas. I was very happy with how it looked. The quality is good.

You need to improve customer service and the quality of your products. I had to submit the correction of my university's year of establishment twice to get it fixed. It took them a long time to fix it. I received my order fairly quickly. Now that I finally have my sweatshirt, after the first wash, it has already lost some of the impregnation. It is not fair to pay $54 for something of poor quality.

I thought the advertised price was fair when I thought it would have the name I entered on it; then the price went up more then I thought given that the 25% discount was applied, and it came without a name on it.
I understand that there's shipping and taxes and fees. I understand now that not every option comes with the player name. I would have had a better shopping experience if a) there had been some reference to how much extra would be added to the price tag at check out. It was a little depressing that I had a coupon that applied at checkout, and I was excited to see the price go down a little, or at least not go up by much, and it went up a substantial amount. When the at checkout price increase is more than typical such that this happens, I am often okay with this, but would have a better shopping experience if I had some forewarning.
And if b) There had been an indication that the style I had chosen did not have a player name. The option to type a player name in was still there and allowed me to type in a name. So I was excited when I got the package to see what the name looked like, and subsequently disappointed when it was not there. I would have preferred if the option would have been removed from the interface once I clicked the option for which it was not allowed, or at least grayed out. For all I know it may have been an option with the apparel I chose and just forgotten; a clearer indication would be much appreciated.

Despite all this I was very pleased with my order. I hope this does not give the impression that I'm unhappy, it was just a couple negative aspects of my experience that I hope can be rectified for future customers. I would have been willing to pay what I paid even had I known I'd be getting less than what I expected. The sweater looks great! It seems to be good quality. And it made for a much appreciated gift.

Great site would use again. My order was very late and they took the shipping off of my order. Great customer service. I didn't even ask for that.

Excellent site! Huge selection of products and extremely easy to use. Love the ability to personalize selections too.

So far, so good. I don't need to write an epistle. My grand-daughter loved the hoodie with her name on the back. She thought that it was neat.

Great quality but expensive. Sweatshirts and tshirt graphics wash very well and have not cracked or peeled and it's been two years of washing and drying.

Easy to order, received my order in a timely manner, and they look fantastic! Will be placing more orders in the future.

Great experience. I was able to customize a few items that I was unable to find anywhere else. (This was an overall great experience, but I would appreciate the option to purchase larger sizes than 3x or 4x in the future if needed).

Sweatshirt was missing back print, but was corrected right away. Unfortunately, when they replaced it, it was way too small. I have since reordered, and will do so again in the future..

Love the ability to personalize your products. I have grandkids in sports and it is awesome to support them and show my spirit in personalized gear. Plus, these have been fantastic gifts for our family! I appreciate the prompt turnaround
