I ordered only 5 items, perhaps that is a huge order for prep sports. It been over 2 weeks and they still have not shipped. When I try to contact the company I only get an AI bot canned message that assures it 3-4 days is average for shipping. I cannot cancel my order, I will just have to sit and wait until they get around to completing my order. Perhaps I will get lucky and it will happen sometime while my son is still in his senior year. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY WITH THIS CLOWN SHOW.
When I went back to individual items it seems that the thumbnails on the draft order did not match what was brought up on the individual item page. This was challenging when all I wanted to do was change color or size.
