I'd leave a zero if I could. I ordered two sets of spice jars and one box arrived with many jars completely smashed. The box was mangled and the chalk marker and other accessories that were part of it were also broken. And all the lids of any intact jars were scratched and scuffed. It looked like the box was run over honestly. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and they said I had to return the box. I explained that there were shards of glass inside AND stuck into the outside of the box and it was so mangled that it was not shippable or safe to handle for me or anyone else to ship back. I even sent pics of the damage and asked for an exception due to the nature of the damage as I was not about to sort through broken glass and repackage shards of glass to ship back. They refused to replace it unless it was sent back. I don't even think you are allowed to ship broken glass in the mail I'm at a loss for words. I'm a small business owner and will be sure to spread the word about this terrible company.
Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Two orders, two problems. Offered a pathetic discount as a resolution. I have no idea how they are still in business.
Listed a pipettor as 1-10mL with bonus 1-10mL pipette tips. What they sent was a 1-10microL pipettor without the tips (not that 10mL tips would have worked well with a 10microL pipettor). They're response was that the pipettor was listed as microL, not mL and I must have been confused. And that since they forgot to include the tips, they're sending me little dinky plastic 10mL pipettes. When I argued that pipettes and pipette tips aren't the same thing and that they sent me the wrong pipettor because 10mL tips wouldn't have worked on the 10microL pipettor they sent me, they ended the chat and refuse to talk to me anymore. I will be filing a report with the BBB but in the meantime, avoid this company at all costs!
My husband received a PDI Super Sani-Cloth Germicidal Disposable Wipes from work and we ran out. I did some search on it and found it on Premium Vials. Ordered 2 bottles and when we opened them it smelled like straight rubbing alcohol and the wipes quality was terrible. NOT the same as the one my husband got from his work. The ones from work had sturdy wipes and the smell was totally different. My take on it is they filled the bottle with rubbing alcohol and provided some crappy wipes and that's how they are selling it at $50+ per bottle. Price gouging and fake product! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
I ordered hundreds of bottles and pumps for my business. The order was messed up (twice), and 75% of the pumps I received were defective. Prices are good, and Customer Service looks like they're trying to solve issues (except they're incredibly overwhelmed with issues), but it's NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.

The Manager I spoke with on the phone was uneducated in their products and was very rude over the phone. What a waste of my time. Shop at any other store.
Failed to ship my product and has not refunded my money despite claiming they have refunded the funds. They have given me the runaround for 3 weeks and will not answer the phone.

This company was OK at first. Low prices, fast shipping, etc. I was also able to order in smaller units, which was great for my small business. Over time, they removed the smaller units and only had bulk quantities. That was fine with me, to have a little more inventory than I needed, which also meant, I wouldn't have to order as frequently. Fast forward a year or so. I finally go through my inventory and realize they shipped more bottles than sprays. I reached out, asking to send TWELVE replacement sprays. Yep, just TWELVE. They refused to send because it was past their 15 days. WTF! They seriously couldn't send me TWELVE sprays?!? Pretty sure the sprays cost PENNIES. Their manager/customer service rep is a POS, RUDE, INCOMPETENT A-HOLES. Customer service is nonexistent here. I will NEVER order from them again. They treated me less than, and like I didn't spend thousands of dollars with them. On top of that, they sent me HUNDREDS of the wrong bottles and sprays, and it was MY problem. I had to ship everything back. No apologies, no expedited shipping. NOTHING. Go elsewhere. You will be happy you did!

I always have a great experience with this company. If I ever have broken bottles they send new ones out right away. They ship super quick too.
I thought I had found the right company to order bottles from. I had place several orders for hundreds of bottles and they were great quality so I was happy.
My most recent purchase however of $700+ worth of bottles can in defective. These bottles are wider at the bottom and so my labels could not be applied without warping. They also would not meet evenly in the back.
I contacted premium vials to tell them I would like to return these defective bottles and get replacement bottles. To my surprise, they refused to take accountability and denied my return. They deflected from the problem, which is defective bottoms fatter at the bottom warping my labels and decided to tell me it was the labels themselves. However, I know this is not the case considering these labels are the exact same batch of labelS I have applied to the previous bottles and I also tested the labels on other bottles from other companies and they lay flat and look great.
This company doesn't not stand by there products. If you shop with them you might as well put your money in the trash. Not to mention many on my bottle showed up broken as well and also some of the droppers arrived uncalibrated which was not what I ordered.
Work with a company that won't sell you trash because that exactly when my bottles are going. In the trash. Along with my money.
The attached photo says it all. These bottles won't work with labels. This company sells defective bottles fatter at the bottom. They don't work with label machines or by hand. Don't throw your money away. You WILL NOT be able to return defective products. They do not stand by their products.
