I have been bringing our Malibu, Caliber, Ram 1500, and Yukon here since we came last year. Oil changes have been primary reason however recently we had plugs changed due to a misfire on #8,on Ram that ended up being a mouse nest under the cover. (same day while we waited diagnostic and install of new plugs) I have purchased an air conditioning service on Groupon that I plan on using soon on Caliber. We have spent quite a bit here and walked with them thru their changes and have been treated very well. I have seen the owner really help some people out to get them on the road again. As of now very happy with our experiences.
Run, don't walk away from this business. I ended up paying twice the quote. Not uncommon for this business. And they held my car for more than one week after having been told one day. Service techs are young and inexperienced. And management doesn't care and doesn't return calls once car is on rack. Oh yes... and my undercarriage engine cover fell off when I got home. Stay away and save your time and money. If you go here after reading this review you deserve what you get. You've been forewarned.
4/22/2011 Dan, the new owner of Precision Tune Auto Care on Stevens Creek at San Tomas in Santa Clara, CA, ******* *******666, brings back morals forgotten by our dollar-hungry society: dignity, honesty, integrity. An oil change or repair job there is like a breath of fresh air - he actually LISTENS TO YOU, asks questions and makes observations, then sets an experienced mechanic to work. I was so tired of defending myself from rip-offs every time I went to a service station. No Stars for this one. My daughter took my car from Brakes. 1st it took 2hrs longer than promised All Day. Car Immediately Squeeked she took it back 2 days later. They took All day to apply a Grease. She picked up Still Squeaking. Called & took back 2 days later. They kept the car 5 day's waiting on ordered Brakes Keep in mind my daughter has to get rides back & forth to work. Then be Without a car when they Promise to have her Fixed & Don't.
Got it back same Squeak. I called Customer Service & left 3 Message. 4 days later I get a call from Jessica the Manager at the Location that Can't get me Right. No Ma'me have The Real Customer Service call me. They Still Haven't Called & it's over a week ‼
