PPL Motor Homes

I needed a method of showing the contents of the propane tanks on my new trailer. PPL had just what I needed and at a great price and I had it in a few days.
I have found PPL's prices as much as half the cost of an identical item from CW, even after my Good Sam "discount".

Came within a week everything packed as ordered. It's not hooked up yet so when I get it installed I will make sure it's good under pressure I'll respond back with the new information.

Awesome service and quick delivery. Found the item I needed with no trouble at all. Will definitely use again. Price and delivery cost were reasonable.

PPL came thru quickly when I replaced both my roof top air conditioners and thermostat in my motorhome. I received the units in 4 days. PPL's price was over $800 less than Camping World.

Had a technical issue with first unit received on Monday here it is on Wednesday and the the replacement works flawlessly.

The item I ordered was damaged in shipment. PPL refunded my money cheerfully, although I had to call twice to get things moving. I appreciate the good prices and quick shipping.

Easy order, arrived quickly. Item was exactly as ordered. Did have a question and when I sent the question to the company it was answered very quickly.

Ordered new steps for motorhome they were shipped very fast and are a better step then what i expected have not got them installed yet but expect no problems.

Helped me on line then explained everything to expect, shipped fast and it was stalled ASAP great place to deal with Ill order more from these guys and the prices were better than everyone else

Disappointed
Ordered item on-line on Sunday, paid an extra $75.00 for 2-day shipping, received 11 days later. Contacted parts department, was pretty much "blown off" by James Gibson. Finally talked to Lynn in the parts department who took a more personal interest and at least kept me updated on the status of my order.

Price was right, product was as described & promptly delivered (we took advantage of a free shipping special which was great!)
When ordering for my travel trailer in the future will always check PPL 1st - thanks!

Website purchase was easy. Never got a tracking number when product would be delivered or by who.
That may have been because it was drop shipped from someone else.
Other then that price was ok I found the part cheaper after I ordered here but that's my bad.
Product arrived well packaged and u damaged.

Overall, very good. Extremely helpful phone staff and fast shipping. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because box had been opened, both installation and operation instructions were missing. That made it slightly more challenging to install than it should have been.

Prompt service and shipping, but product was not an exact model match. So much wiring and adapting was required. As such a less expensive model would have also worked. I am overall satisfied just wish the description had been more accurate.

I contacted customer service after purchasing a door cylinder that did not work. I was told they had to contact the manufacturer and would either call me back or send me info via email. Neither happened.
