I contacted customer service after purchasing a door cylinder that did not work. I was told they had to contact the manufacturer and would either call me back or send me info via email. Neither happened.
Except that the web store is difficult to navigate my order arrived on time and complete. Overall it was a good experience. I probably would have gotten some other items if navigating the site were easier.
Washer came the next day. Picked it up at the freight depot. Pickup process was slow but that was R&L's issue, not PPLs. Just wish I'd have gotten a shipment confirmation. Doesn't seem to happen with freight shipments. Small potatoes against the quick shipping and great prices. I've saved way over a grand on two high ticket items.

Ordered 2 30 amp extension cords at a price that beat every other RV store. Product arrived in 3 working days. Expected 69 day delivery. Quality of purchase is very high and I will continue to use PPL in the future.
Shopping cart is very particular about format, phone, email, it took three times of entering before everything clicked. Otherwise it just sits there, no indication of what's wrong and a page refresh deleted most entered info.

- operation: appears to work well, full charge voltage, then maintain.
Cons: Warranty disclaimer wording. Effectively, there's no warranty at all, at pleasure of the vendor.
Good selection, options related to my need. Confident checkout. Good installation and other instructional videos. Amazingly fast delivery. Service so good I find myself wishing they could install the parts for me, too.
I ordered a replacement RV water heater, it came on time and actually sooner than expected. Your prices were the best out there for this item (and believe me, I looked) and your shipping was very reasonable. I also needed to contact customer service and was again quite pleased by the can-do attitude and willingness to help. In the current business climate this is a rarity at best, usually you either go through switchboard purgatory (see, I kept it professional, I didn't say "hell") or end up not getting anything close to the assistance you were looking for. I would order from you again without hesitation (but I'd still shop around for price, sorry but you know what I'm talking about, right?)

PPL is and has been my primary source for RV parts. Fair, competitive prices; great customer service; best freight/shipping costs. Wish there were a disabled Veteran's discount. Texas customer shipping services are very fast. I have never received any damaged-by-shipping products.

I visit you website often looking at used travel trailers and watch some of the specials you have. I had not been happy with the chemicals we were using in the holding tanks so decided to give yours a try. It works great, no more bad smells!
Had to call about the Coleman a/c unit to make sure I was buying the right one for my needs. Customer service was helpful and answered my question. The Coleman Mach 8 arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Has not been installed yet so can't say how well it works. Not so happy with the delivery service which has nothing to do with PPL really but driver came 40 minutes early than stated time frame. Lucky I was home! Then after he left, I noticed he tore out a huge limb from my very old dogwood tree on the curb. Plenty of treeless curb area for him to have parked the truck, sparing my tree! Careless or clueless, either way tree is damaged.
100% satisfied with products and service, shipping cost is a little too much. Have you considered tying up with Amazon? They ship tons of items and get dirt cheap rates from carriers. Worth checking it out.
