Ordered king sat dome on monday. Was delivered on Wednesday same week. Two hour install and worked as advertised. Doesn't get any better than that. Will use ppl for future purchases. Thanks for great service.

Decent price...hope this one lasts longer than two+ years! A little shipping damage but nothing serious. Like it was dropped on one corner...was able to straighten the bent portion. Nice to have my shower back!

Website was a little slow at checkout. Requested information that was already entered (first name). Difficulty in adding additional items to cart. Once order was placed, things were very smooth. Parts shipped same day, and were received as promised. I would recommend.

Water heater is installed but not tested yet. Fridge coming freight hasn't arrived yet. We got extraordinary help from Dan in assembling this complex order with all the many accompanying bits and pieces. Thank you.

I would of like to know early that my order was split, it makes you feel better when you receive the first box and only 1 item is in it.

Excellent site. Pretty darn easy to find anything that you need. The colors of the gutter and extensions didn't match but I didn't see any choices. Seems a bit overpriced for some little plastic pieces.

Great customer service, fast delivery (60 lbs. for $9.99, received in 1-day!), good price. Kwikee step was a direct replacement, 4 bolts, all bolt holes and wiring matched. Changed door switch from original N.C. To N.O. Magnetic switch. Easy installation. Works great. I will be ordering my future RV parts from PPL.

AC unit installed fast about 2 hours i had cold air.Would have been faster but didn't find bolts. They were right in outside edge of packing styrofoam. Like they said everything you need.Will be a repeat customer.

Received damaged hardware from them due to shipping, no hassle easy return and new part sent promptly. Handled everything very smoothly and fast!

Over all, shopping in your online store is fairly easy, but at times, especially when you don't have a part number or even know what a certain part is called, it can be very frustrating trying to find it.I am very pleased with the cost of the items we bought, as well as how quickly we receive our order.

So far order process has been simple awaiting shipping confirmation now. Looking forward to the fast shipping. I'm happy with services rendered therefore I went ahead and made an additional order. Thanks

Prices were great shipping was a little high but I saved on the items so I think it averaged out. They shipped fast and kept me posted on shipment even after the delivery they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchased which is rare these days. Will most definitely recommended and reorder from this company again.

Best shipping prices! I ordered a weight distribution hitch for my trailer, which came in 2 packages.1 weighing around 40 lbs and the other around 35 lbs...and it was only $10 from TX to CA and arrived in a couple days! Great prices on their equipment as well. Highly recommended!
