Had a major problem with our main slide out in my 2018 Georgetown. Took it to PPL here in Summerfield FL and met with Kristin and Joel in the service center. They accessed the situation and gave us an estimate that seemed ok. During the actual work they discovered a couple additional problems and called me to come over. We met, worked out what needed done and they finished the project in record time. I'd would highly recommend using these guys for your service work. Joel the service manager was great to work with.
This review is for the Lady Lake location in Florida. My husband and I are very disappointed with how the company handled our business with them. When I tell you there are too many problems to list I truly mean it from start to finish. From going in and getting a price to buy our trailer out right, and changing their mind to consignment, things being stolen from inside our RV, from the battery's being dead, the lies, it just goes on and on and on. So I highly suggest you stay away from the Lady Lake Florida location and find somewhere else to go. You've been warned.

PPL Motor Homes Service Department has a serious lack of integrity! They lie, they overcharge and it appears they are not well versed in fixing RV's. If they say they will call you, don't hold your breath, you will need to call them and if you actually get someone to answer you are incredibly lucky. They tell you they spent all this time on your RV - a lie! They come up with some ridiculous "industry standard" and what should only be 30 minutes they'll say is multiple hours. If it takes so long to identify a pretty basic situation, clearly they have no idea what they are doing! There is no communication between them, none of them seems to know what the other is doing. A few years ago I took my RV there and they did a decent job, since then they have obviously had employee turnover. Guess the ones that knew what they were doing, got tired of working for a company with no integrity and left. The current folks must take classes in customer deception, cause they seem to be good at that.

I simply could not cross reference my toilet parts anywhere on line. The parts department manager got on chat with me & in minutes had the correct parts w/ part numbers so I could place my order on line.

DO NOT TRUST PPL MOTOR HOMES! I put my Toy Hauler om consignment with them. They told me 10% commission, they lie they are not transparent. They told me the floor was bad and deducted 4600. 00 from my proceeds without any prior authorization. They do not return phone calls. They do not communicate. Oh and they haven't given me the proceeds! I will be filing a law Suite against them. I have never felt so ripped off.
Earlier today, I tried to place my order 4 times. Something was wrong but your site did not give me a clue. Finally on a different computer and not adding my correct billing address would it work.
Ordered one day and arrived 2 days later. Fast shipping. Easy website.
We paid for an inspection of items listed by PPL Motorhomes to be noted as working or not working at time of final pre-purchase review with the customer. The list provided by PPL included measuring the refrigerator and freezer temperatures, which was not done by our reviewer. This final inspection process can be overwhelming to the new owner as it reviews the entire workings of the trailer. This is the first weekend we will have the opportunity to use our new-to-us travel trailer and the refrigerator does not work, plus it is missing one of the handles for the sewer lines. This is unacceptable business practice.
Part was in good condition and it was delivered in record time very impressed and very much thankful. Thank you very much,

I explained what I was looking for and in just a few moments he was telling me part numbers that I entered on the search bar. That made it super easy without ordering the wrong parts. Summerfield FL office- I took my RV in to sell it. Amanda did an appraisal and we discussed being on Consignment versus them buying it. They gave me a tentative price for buying and said they would need to do a 19 point inspection and would call me back by the next morning, Friday. That morning came and went. I called to follow up and no return calls. The weekend went by (they are open on Saturday!) and Monday was a holiday. On Tuesday I called again (her office and her cell)-- 10 calls in all! I was suppose to leave on a trip on Wednesday morning becasue they had my RV. Finally on Wednesday late morning I called again and she answered. Said she had family issues- but to me that does not excuse not returning all those calls. Someone else in the office could have easily called.
All the staff members I met were very polite and seemed knowledgeable, but not returning a call when promised is not acceptable Rememeber they were holding my RV the whole time. When I finally talked to her I told her to call the office and tell them I would be picking up my RV and paperwork and would not take their consignment offer.
I could not work with a company that was so inconsiderate of my time. They could have cared less.
Web-Site asked for my address two times upon checkout.
Which leads me to think it may have charged my card twice
I consulted these people to sell my Airstream camper. Nancy (listings manager) said that I could get $20-25K and they could sell it in about 30-45 days, based on previous sales. I asked her to send me the data on the last year of sales for Airstreams (listing price, selling price and days on market). Her tone changed very quickly, and she told me that was "proprietary information" and I could go somewhere else to sell it. So I took her advice I listed it on RV Trader on the web, sold it in 2 days for $40,000, and had more legitimate offers. Keep your hand on your wallet if you have to deal with these people.
Your staff is so helpful! I've called and emailed and received stellar help. I'm pretty novice, but the gentleman (Ron) that I talked with was patient and nice and made great suggestions-not the cheapest but a good value item. I must own I researched his recommendations and found great reviews on them and no better prices elsewhere on those things: ac unit, water pump etc...Thanks again.

I was helped by a wonderful woman named Sasha. She not only answered my questions, she took my name and number so that she can call me back on Monday to confirm that my item is in stock and will be sent out promptly. I ordered the same product from Camping world and I still not have received the product and they never attempted to communicate with me to let me know of the shipping status. I will definitely recommend PPL to people in the future!

This is my third attempt to order this part...it never arrives nor do I get any feedback on the issues why.
