So close but yet so far. It seems like we're a bunch of folks that I'll have the same dilemma getting a response is pretty difficult.
Adding to that is the fact that everyone seems to be in the next state or clear across the country. Choices from close by are few and far between
These negative reviews are completely true, I have experienced everyone of them. Fake old accounts, limited searches, or they is far away. As well I paid for 3 months and they continue to charge me. I tried customer service, but like the other reviews stated no hear back, so I called my bank files a claim. Nnooww customer service response back saying my account will be deleted and if I contact my bank and reverse my claim, they will reactivate my account, and give me free months. I'm like really WOW, low life thief's after you kept charging months later with limited searches... I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE, VE CAREFUL IF YOU DO
I signed up for this stupid website a couple of times and had my account suspended. I was just browsing, and in my area, there aren't a lot of options... then out of the blue they suspend my account. Customer service then wanted me to send them personal identifiable information (PII), which I do not feel comfortable doing, and would recommend anyone NOT to avoid this site. I read some of the other "positive" reviews on this site, and judging by their english and mimicking each other's themes, i suspect they are fake reviews written by this scammy company. I read several reviews on BBB that were not encouraging about billing issues. I would NEVER give my payment information to this $#*! website. What a joke. Canadians, eh...

The customer service / "Positive Singles Team" are a bunch of (? 8#$... I received a warning that my membership would be revoked because I asked another unpaid member if they wanted to chat using a different app/website. I've since closed my account as I'd prefer not to give my money to a bunch of greedy/ignorant ####$

I've subscribed to this site. 3 times paying 95.00 for six months. They changed the site and it's hard to search through the filter. They cut back on the number of people that they put up for view. When you go to browse, after you put in your preference there is no search button do you stuck. They are ripping people off. I will be reporting this site.

So lovely herpes dating app, it helped me to meet many like-minded people to communicate with, it's easy to use and it's a safe place by verifying the photo, it's a good choice to starting dating again on PS.
Customer service is very poor. Tried to get in touch with them a few time with no success. There is no feature to chose the people who contact you from your area or your age bracket. I get contacts from people all over the US, and very little from my area, and even though I specified age preference, people who contact me are either way older or younger than me. It's very crappy and outdated site. Don't waste your money.

I've tested some std online dating sites before joining positivesingles.com, while not having much success finding the right person. I become a member of PS in March 2019, it has many active users out there, and I met my partner after months.

If you must, use this site for the search feature only! Do not blog in this site. There is at least three factions in the blog that will bully you senseless. Most factions feud with each other and get user blogs and accounts removed for sport. PS support staff tends to favor the groups (gangs) because of the sheer numbers of report they generate to get users removed. PS support will not investigate fairly as they tend to bow out to the herd. Avoid the blogs and save yourself the anger and frustration. Just use the traditional search features to find and reply to matches.

One gets a lot of interest in their profile until the membership is upgraded and these "people" who winked at you never reply back. It is a common complaint in the blogs. I would suspect that the recent 5 star reviews are fake as well.
