I have paid for a premium membership but cannot use the service. Most of the day, when I try and log on it won't connect. There's a window in the mid morning and late evening when I can get on. The rest of the time I reckon their server is overloaded. I have tried from multiple devices, and on wifi and data and it doesn't make any difference. I contacted PS customers services explaining the issue in full and attaching screenshots. They replied ' we can see you have logged on'. That was it! This site is atrocious. From my experience, most of my encounters were with low class people who are extremely vulgar, practice bullying, especially in the public chat, brag about masturbation, sexual conquests, hunting "pu**y", an*l sex and so many offensive topics it's downright horrifying. The Nigerian scammers have got a pretty good grip on it too. There seems to be no safeguards in place. Do not waste your money.
