Bed Bugs
June 12, 2023

We got bed bugs from a pair of leather boots and luxury purse. By the time the eggs matured and became bugs, it was too late and we had a full blown infestation. It cost thousands in professional treatments, heat treatments, laundering clothes. What hurt the most is having to throw out our favorite designer sofa. I love the Poshmark discounts, who doesn't? But am traumatized to shop it.

How can a company with over 200'million in sales not have a customer service telephone number? They will hear an hear an earful from their angry customers. So sorry I signed up with them- they gave made my life a living hell. Poor business. Does not see the need to answer e-mails in a timely fashion. I am sure they purposely do this especially when they are at fault.

Seller we bought from misrepresented the "slightly used" watch. When we tried to get our money (over $300) returned was told we had to follow hidden procedures that expire almost immediately. There is absolutely no help or cooperation for the owners. If you are looking to sell your unwanted junk, this is the site to do it on. No worries, the customer who you just duped won't have time to get their money back.

This site has some great items listed by the sellers. That being said, it takes 20% of your sale. There are other sites that take less of a percentage and still have excellent items for sale. What's more, is that once you sell an item, they sometimes take up to 21 days to pay you. On other sites you get paid within four days. Additionally, this site has absolutely no customer service. The best You can expect is to send an email and hope that maybe someday in the future they will respond. I have some items appear for sale but I will be removing them to other sites soon.

Poshmark wont release my money they owe $300 for shoes I sold over 8 days ago and the person received.
They don't respond to emails, messages, or anything they just ignore me and send bs auto-responses that resolve nothing and don't resolve any of their fraudulent activity and theft for stealing my shoes and not paying for them.

Need my money today $300. This is company needs to be shut dont they do the worst business i have ever seen and help shady buyers lie steal and commit fraud while not upholding their end what they take a HUGE 20% fee for u digrace of humans and a company.

SCAM-BUYER BEWARE!
December 1, 2022

I placed an order on this site for the fist time today and got taken. The company successfully charged my debit card only to cancel my order without explanation shortly after the transaction went through. They now claim it will take 10 to 14 business days to refund my DC. Appears to be a scam to hold customers money perhaps in an effort to earn interest on those funds. Whatever the case STEER CLEAR of purchasing anything from this site. I would have given a ZERO star review if possible!

Beware of selling expensive items on Poshmark because of scammer buyers. Poshmark will always side with buyer if an item mysteriously goes missing, i.e., mail carrier must have taken item from box! Have had 2 very expensive items disappear and Poshmark has no insurance or reimbursement for seller. They just assume buyer is telling the truth.

Totally disappointed
January 10, 2022

I bought a crispy white shirt and I got an almost yellow shirt.
I tried to return it but they protect each others.
Even when I sent pictures of the offered article and the received article they didn't care.
We have to be careful with what we buy from this kind of people.( no scrupulous)
They do this with a $14 sales?
What will they do whatever $500 sale?
You guys can see what I am talking about.
I am not looking for a competition, I just wanted to return the item but apparently is super hard to get rid of $14 that the whole POSHMARK is protecting this seller.

I bought 4 teacups
November 29, 2021

I bought 4 teacups and saucers.
The picture posted shows all matching cups and saucers. When they arrived 1 of the teacups was different from the other 3. I have no issues with the seller because they wanted to reimburse me back $20.00. The total cost before reimbursement was $55.00. Seller was extremely fair, you would think that was the end and both parties would be happy. Nope. Poshmark would not allow seller to reimburse me. Poshmark did offer me a $10.00 credit on my next purchase, or I could return the items, which makes no sense. I'm not returning the item on principle, seller was being more than fair its not their fault poshmark is worthless. They can keep their $10.00 credit.

I have had several cases where the customer claims damage has taken place on an item so they can get a refund. I package my items in bubble wrap and plastic where they will be safe and shipped in the approved mailing box. I have no issue with Poshmark yet but some of the buyers are professional scammers. BEWARE!

I love poshmark. I've made over $13,000 in 7 months selling and being active in the PoshMark community. It is a social platform where you cannot just post and leave things to sell. You must share your closet and follow people and be social. Most of these lazy cows on here who leave bad reviews are not social nor do they grasp the entire concept of poshmark. Most of these reviews are written by competitors and their employees to slander the company of PM. All the other sites are in danger of failing due to poshmark a success. I'm a seller And haven't always had cases ruled in my favor but that's okay. It's life. Get over it and stop leaving bad reviews for NO reason. Kids and women these days are so entitled and assume way too often.

Seller's sell misrepresent damaged items & Poshmark stands behind the sellers & tell you just repose it. Sure now you sell the damaged item. They totally suck. Purchased Kendra Scott earrings & the both stones were cracked & fogged at bottom. Not describe or pictured this way at all. I sent them 4 pictures & they still refused to return. Buyer beware. Go anywhere else. Closed my account.

Poshmark is a rip off

They charge 20% of your sales. They have fraudulently charged my credit card for someone else's purchase. Frequently, their labels send random people items that someone else has purchased. I am having problems getting money returned to me when another seller doesn't ship my orders. I am missing several orders that have been shipped to me. Their "bar codes" don't match with the person that is supposed to receive a purchase. I DON'T recommend that anyone buys, or sells on Poshmark

Buyer Beware

Their return policy isn't really a return policy and favors the seller. I will look for items on ebay and TheRealReal before I search on Poshmark. There is no such thing as customer service. If you order something and it doesn't fit, you are stuck with it.

Shopping at Poshmark is a huge risk. They supposedly have someone "authenticating" merchandise, when there is no proof. For all I know, they are swapping the real merchandise for fakes, and making extra money on the side. People are clearly selling fakes, and should not be allowed (per federal law). It's a travesty that this company condones such actions.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to give zero stars. I tried to register as a seller. Was never able to post. Contacted customer service 7 times. Finally replied that my email was attached to a suspended account. Would not be transparent and provide information to resolve. I've ever had an account with Poshmark before so I'm not who they suspended. Very poor almost jeering response to attempts to resolve.

We finally received our bag back from Poshmark. It took many calls and several emails and perhaps a threat of legal action. So don't give up. Keep pestering them and don't let them keep your items. Act quickly though.

Thank you to whoever posted a phone number. If I find it again I will provide it on another post.

This website is full of scammers. There are sellers in this site buying wholesale cheap crap from
China and are selling for 95% up! Just to inform
You, if a seller has too many of the same listing in different sizes and various things, please know that they only paid $1 for the item. I have discovered the apps they use and figured out that's how they had so many listings. Many of them claim that their items are from a "boutique" or "handmade" please keep in mind there not. Beware! Never pay an expensive price for anyone who has a wholesale and listings of the same item.
