Company pretended like they delivered the item but it never arrived and they refused to send a refund or replacement.

I love Pop Fit Clothing. I have purchased 3 pairs of full length leggings, one pair of crops, and one pair of shorts. I have purchased many many different leggings but these are by far the best. I've had my first two pairs for 2 years now and they have not faded at all! Thats amazing to me. Normally I get black pants and they turn grey. These are still black and the fit is still the same as the first day I got them. They are higher waisted and thats fantastic because when you bend over, your not... exposing your behind.
Now... the pockets. THEY ARE ACTUAL POCKETS YOU CAN PUT THINGS IN! I have a large phone with a large case... it fits. My e-reader fits. My water bottle fits. These pockets are huge but not bulky.
Also, Pop Fit ARE NOT SEE THROUGH NO MATTER HOW FAR YOU BEND OR STRETCH! Other companies claimed this but Pop Fit actually delivers on the promise.
These are good for work outs, bringing kids to the park, cleaning, going out, passing out on the couch instead of making dinner... you know. All aspects of normal day to day life.
I also have a chronic illness, endometriosis, that causes belly bloat (endo belly). And guess what... I can still wear these because they stretch and are high waisted.
These are my everyday 'go to' pants that I love.

I purchased L sized shorts and 7 pairs of L sized underwear and a L sized legging. The shorts and underwear fit fine but the leggings didn't. Almost like it was a medium sized mislabeled. I emailed them about it and got an auto email saying my ticket was submitted. I never received another email so I emailed them back. I received a response where the very first sentence was telling me they did email me and then screenshots of the email. The tone was rude and petty. They then said I couldn't return them because I already took the tags off. I didnt even ask to return them, I really just felt like I had a mislabeled pair. Very poor form and the customer service spent more time trying to prove me wrong then addressing the issue. I'll never shop here again and I'm taking all of it to the salvation army. I'm telling my friends too. Not worth it. What a waste of money. The leggings were what I wanted the other times I bought as add on from the cart. I really think you sent me the wrong size. When held up together the leggings are clearly smaller than the shorts. But forget it. The agent was rude and I'm not buying from a company that doesn't invest in their employees or customers.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Once when I was on their site on my phone I clicked to buy an item; when the order went through the size was wrong. I immediately called and told them that size wasn't the size that I had clicked to order and I wanted to cancel or change the size. They told me it had gone through and there was nothing they could do about it. That item was terribly uncomfortable and they wouldn't take it back. They have a "wish list" for you to indicate items you want to be sent, but then instead they send you stuff you don't want, sometimes defective stuff with sewing issues and charge you $32 for it... sometimes when you try to return or exchange items they send you a link but it doesn't actually go to a shipping label... if you aren't on top of it (because you're fed up and occupying yourself with other parts of life that are less frustrating) when you contact them to let them know you're still trying to make a return they'll ever so sweetly tell you that it's too late now and you're stuck with the defective crap they sent you that you never wanted.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings on my last order and 2 fit well but the 3rd pair is super tight and they're all the same size! The 2 pairs that fit were the Stella design and the third pair was the Rori that are too tight. Took them 5 days to get back to me and they even said in the email that the Roris are a more "snug fit" than the other styles! So they sell a style that is tighter than the other ones but don't tell you before purchasing? I thought maybe washing them would help loosen them up because they were so stiff when they arrived. First time I had a problem with this company and they wouldn't even let me exchange because I washed them and they need the tags for me to do an exchange. You'd think they would like washed leggings back because they won't stink to high heaven anymore. I'm not very happy. To add insult to injury, I found out the Raypose leggings on Amazon are cheaper. If you've ever seen that viral review about that woman falling down a mountain and her leggings not ripping or snagging that's the brand I'm talking about, and those have pockets too. I'll try that brand next time I'm in the market for new leggings.

After seeing the ads pop up on my Facebook timeline frequently, I ordered POPFit leggings late on night. Why not? The ad was energetic, featured a variety of different body types, and made a lot of good promises. It was late, they suckered me in with the ad's special offer, and hey, who doesn't want to save money? I have to say, I was incredibly skeptical about these leggings to begin with, and especially when I received them. They looked so small that I just knew they'd NEVER fit! Imagine my surprise when I put them on and lo behold, they DID! POPFit leggings are like no others I have purchased. They're thick, offer light compression and support, and move with me like a second skin. I could not believe it. Besides the great feel and fit, POPFit has an incredible body positive movement, features REAL women of different body types in its ads and on its website. I really feel like they care about women and their look and comfort without having to hide or be ashamed of their curves, bumps, and differences. I highly recommend POPFit leggings, so much so that I cannot wait to try out my other two pairs that I purchased the same night.
