I had a 2-year subscription that ended without any advance warning of my card being charged to renew. This VPN interfered with many of my apps, and also my emails. When I got the email receipt for my card being charged, I sent an immediate email to have the service CANCELED and money REFUNDED. Instead, they sent an email offering a 50% discount. What don't you understand about CANCEL AND REFUND? It took another 10 MONTHS to get them to refund my money and cancel the service! Their VPN interfered with my email downloads. I went back and forth with Apple and Comcast for months, thinking I had an email problem and was contemplating buying a new phone as I thought my phone was the issue. I eventually realized the problem was due to VirtualShield, and I had to turn off the VPN to have emails download. You can't find a phone number to call them, Tech Support is slow to answer and time-consuming to go back and forth by email. Don't waste your time or money. Opt for another service.
