I had missing items in my late arriving orders. I tried calling I was placed on hold and hung up on before I even spoke to someone. After calling for 2 days I finally got in touch with "Reed" he was not helpful and very rude. Eventually after a month the parts arrived. Very poor to no customer service. Save money and time buy somewhere else!
Ordered two pool ledge loungers. The quality was not what I expected when I opened the box. Cheap plastic and they do not stay put (float up) Called to return and they want to charge 30% re-stocking fee and shipping to return. $1400 purchase I'm forced to keep or give $400-$500 to return. Not a happy customer. Horrible return policy.
Although there was a small mistake in the shipping process Nikki from customer service was quick to correct it. She was very pleasant to speak with and was able to get me my missing product in short order. Because of my pleasant experience with her I will definitely be ordering again.

Good customer service. I ordered an above ground pool kit and everything was delivered ahead of schedule. One piece on the pool filter was damaged during shipment. I contacted customer service and they immediately opened a ticket for resolution. A new replacement part was shipped out expeditiously and arrived in great condition. I had a great experience with this company and would recommend purchasing from them for all of your pool needs.
This is my second pool i have ordered. Only do to moving. Dana the salesmen is great to work with. If I sent an email to call me he did, or just had questions he answered. If I did have an issue Renee at customer service was on the case. Great people and highly recommended.
This whole experience has been terrible. We ordered our pool kit back in April, paid for it in full. Didn't receive a phone call prior to them delivering the pallets. We had to quickly move people around to get someone to our house to get the pallets unloaded. No effective communication after the money was taken for payment. Customer service has been terrible for missing items only for them to have us file it against the shipping company. We don't have the missing items and what need would I have for extra parts?!
Had it not been for us already waiting 12 weeks we would have cancelled and went with their competitor. Our neighbors first dealt with pool warehouse and then switched over and I wish we would have followed their advice to not go with pool warehouse.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from start to finish.
I ordered a 1700. 00-dollar pool cleaner that was bad out of the box. Customer service said they could only send it back for repair they are only a drop ship company and don't really have ANY product. This company will not stand behind the product they collect money for they are only a order desk. The customer service rep was very blunt in saying nothing we can do for you its between you and the product manufacturer. Don't buy from this company, that is my review.
I called Pool Warehouse and spoke to a sales rep before I ordered a Robotic Pool Vacuum, to see if they had it in stock. Their site doesn't state whether it's in stock or not.He said yes (can't remember his name), so I ordered it. It was suppose to ship in 3 to 4 days. That was the 4th of April 2022. I called after a few days to inquire about the order's status. I spoke with Renee Bryant from customer service. I explained what had happened and she went totally out of her way to help me. She called the supplier, and yes, they were on back order. She offered me a refund, but I kept the order alive and hoped for the best. Renee kept updated via emails on a frequent basis. She let me know that I wasn't forgotten. Kudos to this woman. She knows what customer service is supposed to be. I wish she would teach that to that sales rep. The item did arrive on 28 April 2022. So far its working as advertised.
Bar is amazingly well built and perfect for any home bar. I'd give 5 stars if they'd find new movers that would actually bring product inside the house, and have option to pay extra to have item placed in the home where it is needed. I had to hire additional movers to bring it inside from the garage and downstairs.
Delivery is horrible and we got a damaged pool table. The claim process takes very long and the manager of pool Warehouse only tells us that we have to wait no matter what situation we are facing. Not helpful at all and such a horrible experience with pool warehouse
I ordered an above ground pool several months ago. It took a while to get here due to backlog issues, but communication from Pool Warehouse was great.
The pump I ordered died after about 6 month of use. I called Pool Warehouse and Renee helped me quickly submit a warranty claim. I had the new pump in about a week. I will continue to use Pool Warehouse for anything that doesn't need to be handled locally.
We had a little trouble trouble the shipping of our pool vacuum, but Matthew went above and beyond to help get it to our house! It was nice to call a company and speak with an actual person within just a few minutes. Will definitely purchase from them again!
I ordered a pool cover and ran into some difficulties during installation. Renee in Customer Service was amazing! She acted as the go-between with the manufacturer and before I knew it the problems were resolved. She went above and beyond, and I very much appreciate it!
Terrible service. Can not get ahold of anyone. Did not send tracking. Waiting 3 months for a grill they promised to have within 1 month. Very unprofessional!
Overall the kit was solid, well made and what was to be expected. Instruction with details could use improvements however in my opinion having an "In-House" shipping company is a must. Hiring a 3rd party to move your product during Covid is nothing but a crap shoot. We received multiple items damaged or missing which of course is not Pool Warehouse's fault but still an unneeded hassle. Luckily Jonah in customer service shinned. He was professional, knowledgeable and when needed down to earth. He followed up with our issues until resolved and made a potential "Dumpster Fire" of an experience actually good! If upper management gets to read this you must understand that Jonah and Jonah only will make me recommend this company to others. Jonah went above and beyond and truly made my experience a positive one.
We were very pleased with poolwarehouse.com and their customer service. First, let me say that the quality of the products they offer are extraordinary. We ordered a true L shaped pool and have been nothing but impressed. Every detail is taken into consideration when ordering with their specialists. They were able to give us insight on features we had not ever thought about a provided high quality video and instruction during the construction process. Jonah in customer service was especially helpful. Even though we checked all of our materials upon delivery, we miscounted. After purchasing a $12,000 in ground pool from Pool Warehouse, and missing 2 pieces of coping to finish pool, they would not send pieces. Customer is suppose to go through all pieces, with their abbreviation of items with shipper which I don't know about in ground pool parts. I had to go and buy the parts from local pool company for $250.

Wouldn't use again. Customer service is a joke. Ordered my pool liner and was told there was up to 10 business day lead time. It's been a month and my liner still hasn't even shipped. They were attentive til I paid now it takes forever to get a response and then it's just one excuse after the other. Absolutely no effort to even try and make things right. Definitely would not recommend.
We ordered some Ledge Loungers from Pool Warehouse and they ended up being delayed multiple times by the manufacturer. Kelli W provided excellent customer service and kept me updated each time it was delayed and contacted me once they had finally shipped with tracking information. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew the status of our order. Thanks Kelli!
I hope PW knows how professional and patient Jonah is... He was a huge help when our Chlorine generator system had a problem. It was right at the cut off for warrantee coverage and despite us having some pretty spirited conversations, Jonah performed very professionally and ultimately, we did get full warrantee coverage thanks to Jonah working on our behalf. Jonah deserves high praise for hanging in there throughout our various calls and emails. Well done Jonah and PoolWarehouse!
