I am not sure I may be the full here. I paid close to $******* never received a pool only a liner. They stopped returning my calls and have not returned any of my emails. They were Johnny-on-the-spot when having me sign a contract and taking my payment but now... crickets
We invested considerable time in measuring for a new pool liner and just needed a couple of quick questions answered about their form. After multiple calls, messages left, and even an email, still zero contact a week later. I guess they don't need the business.
I bought (2) Pentair Minimax Ignitor kits from pool warehouse. One ignitor arrived with the graphite tiep broken off and the other ignitor arrived scorched and packaged showing it was clearly used. I contacted their customer service and sent pictures. I was originally told that I would have my money refunded but then I was told their vendor would not return the money. I did not buy the ignitors from the vendor, I bought them from poolwarehouse.com. They do not stand by their products and re just a pass through for their vendors. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are an internet business rip off.
We ordered pool kit from Poolwarehouse in the spring. Tanner C was the sales rep and was amazing on helping me pick out my pool and always answered any questions I had. Now, the real MVP of this company was Nikki G in customer service! She was truly amazing! We have a few things go wrong in shipping and went above and beyond for us! I have a 4 star review only because of the shipping, our pool kit came damaged 3 times, but finally got our pool. As a company they are great, but the shipping companies definitely need work.
Everything has gone just OK with my pool install except the final step... installing the pool liner. I had to hire an expert to do it. First off he stated the liner really was not 30ml as reported... much thinner. Also the steps were incredible hard to install even for him. He said Hydra pool liners are at the bottom when it comes to quality and that is why the steps are near impossible to install. Each step still has wrinkles in it and looks terrible. I plan to pay for a better liner next year and throw these piece on junk out after only one year. Bargain hunting is not always the best way to do things. I assume quality pool products are sold to commercial dealers and those of us wanting to do it on our own are left with the cheap mass produced inferior products. Too bad, I thought I would be able to save a dime.
When I ordered my liner the sales guy (Reed) told me if I ordered from GIL, one of their distributors that I would get my liner in 2-3 weeks instead of 4-5 weeks. So I did although to get what I wanted I spent $300 more than I would have. When 3 weeks past and no liner I called customer service. I was told it would be 5 weeks. He was rude and didn't care that I had been told differently. I am happy with the liner but not their sales or customer service.
I originally order the exact same sauna from another store and after two weeks they just randomly cancelled my order! I had my heart set on this model and was lucky enough to find it at PoolWarehouse and close to $400 cheaper! The delivery set up was easy and accommodating! We will definitely keep PoolWarehouse in mind for future purchases!
By far the best experience I've ever had! Our pool is great and the staff was outstanding. Renee and Dana were the best ever. Always responded quickly to my text messages and kept me updated on the status of our order. I was so nervous buying this big of a purchase online but it was easier than buying locally. Thank you so much for everything!
This was not a good process, sales person rude, can't get people to communicate with you. You will be very frustrated, took about 2-3 months to get our shipment and it came in multiple shipments, we still haven't dug so I'm just hoping everything is there. I've bought a kit at Royal swimming pools before this order and I wish we had went with them again and their order came all at once, only reason we didn't was due to a certain liner that we wanted that we wanted. If these people would just communicate would be helpful but it's like they could care less once they have your money. Good luck if you go with them! I never will again.
I had to give at least one star however, this company doesn't deserve any. Three weeks after ordering a pump for our pool, we were told today that it is out of stock. On June 28th, we were told it shipped and that it should arrive soon. No sincere apologizing for leading us to believe we were receiving our pump and on top of the 3 weeks, it will be a full month for our money back. Maybe selling a another comparable pump, over night, should have been the right thing to do. Thanks for leaving us a month of our summer without a pump and for having not caring about the huge inconvenience you caused our family! We have had better shopping experiences with Wish.com!

Bought a pool from them, in less than 3 years side rusted out and it exploded. Call for warranty info and told they have no idea and will get back to me. Absolutely no further contact nor effort from them. With all pool retailers I'd highly recommend anywhere else!
We had an unexpected situation with our pool causing Marshall L. To have to call and deliver me not so great news. However, he went above and beyond to make it right and was genuinely nice to me throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, my son will get a pool in time for his birthday! He completely deserves a raise! Thank you again, Marshall!

Horrible customer service I ordered a liner on April 15 and they still haven't ordered the line. Not to mention John in sales I have 5 emails in to him over months to find out they didnt even order it when the sales team told me it was there web site even said awaiting shipment stay away from these guy not worth it stick to a local person for your pool needs.
Jimi Anne is a great asset to the Pool Warehouse customer service team. She followed up on my delayed order and advised me of its status even on a Saturday. In today's market there are not many customer service agents that show her dedication. The Pool Warehouse should be grateful to have her as an employee! Great Work!

The site wanted me to pay for and complete my order without being shown what I would be charged for shipping. I'm going to guess this is because once you include the shipping it is much cheaper to shop elsewhere. Amazon's prices are much lower and I would recommend giving them your business. They don't try to mislead you into spending more money by keeping the shipping cost top secret.
Ordered a pool kit, about 20,000, worst service, shipping time, and blue print drawings. There are so many companies to order from, pick a different one. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I would send a photo but we are just getting our dig drawings after 3 weeks, we have had the kit for over a month!
Was quoted $8k for a liner replacement and decided to do it ourselves. Measured our pool, got our beautiful liner and installed it within a day. Liner is very thick, heave, but super easy to install. Especially with the step by step YouTube video! Thank you!
Be very careful. It was very hard to get ahold of this company throughout the sales process. They collect money all upfront and then after they collect the money the experience is wild. Multiple deliveries showing up within a week of ordering when they are supposed to be scheduled to arrive 3 to 4 weeks and give us time to prepare. Deliveries at 6PM at night after work hours. If you look at the site it says shipping will be about that, but mine showed up within a week unannounced. They did check ahead to deliver the pool heater that had to be left in the street. Called the company very upset and they said they are having phone problems and would have to call me back...I'm still waiting.
