On 7/27/2024 I received a BBQ and and and BBQ cart
Whne the pallets were uncrated the cart was found to be damaged. There was no external damage to the shipping pallet. I contacted PW within 30 minutes and sent pictures. Two (2) months latter i was told that the shippimg company declined my claim and i agreeded as there was no external damage to the pallet. I was told at that time it was my responsibility to inspect "The Package" whren I told them I did do that I was then told that meant that I had to uncrate the two (2) pallets what the delivery driver was still there and inspect the contents (that is Not whate the shipping reception states). One (1) month ago I was told that they would turn it into their insurance and if it was declined I was simply out of luck.
Three months latter still no response!
I just wanted what i paid for NOTHING more
PW Customer service has let me down!
Ordered an expensive automatic pool cover. Slow delivery, terrible customer service. Could not give us a delivery timeframe. It took months. Then the rope broke after only four months. They are blaming it on the manufacturer and/or installer. It took two weeks to get a response for that.
Purchased pool 2 years ago right from beginning delivered 8 weeks late. Pool pump motor had to be replaced within 2 years. Now having trouble with liner leaking at the seams. Liner pulled away from steps over the winter. No customer service from Pool Warehouse or Hydra pools (Liner Manufacturer). No call backs no return emails
Horrible customer service. Was told I could have an exchange due to chairs not being the correct size. Chairs still in box, brand new and they are now refusing to do the exchange. This is poor customer service. When you spend $2000 on a product you should be able to return or exchange. Don't buy anything from this company if you are unsure if it will work, they will not work with you at all and you'll be stuck with the product that you can't even use. Very unprofessional company. Very disappointed with my service.

Can't return a wrench since I opened the package. How do I know if it fits without opening it? Lost my cool with the girl on the phone, but I did email and apologized. Still, no refund. They chose to screw me out of it anyway. Be careful folks and make sure not to go by the description of the items you are buying. Measure things if possible and ask them to tell you the dimensions of what you are buying. Perhaps they can tell you WITHOUT OPENING the package. I've always liked using PW, but no more for me!
Received damaged pool table with uneven surface that I paid $300 to get assembled. They refused to return and suggest I claim warranty. Now they won't refund the warranty money unless I pay for disassembly, disposal and shipment of one leg as proof for warranty claim (which shouldn't be my problem but the company is a scam and probably just sells broken tables and then makes money through warranties and selling extra legs to their victims!). Worst customer service too and the "case manager" refuses to escalate to a supervisor. Stay far away from this fraudulent company!

I purchased a pool kit from pool warehouse and everything went great until the credit card was charged. Since then when I have questions I get nothing but crickets or diversion to someone else who then tries to hand me off again and again. Very disappointed to say the least!
Bought a pool heater vent from them that my pool company told me to buy. It ended up being the wrong size. I returned it immediately and even if they had accepted the return I had to pay $100 for shipping and subtract a 20% restocking fee so they have a really bad return policy. They did not accept my return not happy at all do not purchase from them.
We purchased a pool table. The delivery company would not wait for us to inspect the full delivery. There are forklift damages to the table that are not repairable. We filed a claim right away. It has been over a month and they are still dragging their feet and are blaming everyone else but not taking care of the issue.
I purchased a motor for a pool filter. It was the wrong one. It took 3 weeks to receive return authorization. They said I would get my refund 1-7 days after they received it. It has now been 14 days and they are not answering phone calls or emails. BBB has been contacted.
I placed an order with them and my credit card was immediately charged. Two weeks later I still do not have the product but they have my money. Check out their address. They are just an office which takes your order, takes your money and must have an actual supplier send you the product. Scamers. I canceled my order but haven't heard from them. I guess my next call will be to my credit card company
The table is great, quality is good as far I understood is not solid wood and the playing area is MDF not stone if not the table will be way heavier and difficult to move, for the price and space that I have is perfect.
The balls set are fine and cue are really basic but I have my own so that's not a big issue.
No damages during shipping, you will receive the table on a pallet with 2 boxes, 2 people can move the table if you have a 4 wheel slider, just keep and eye where you're pulling and lifting.
The color is not solid black but that's fine for me, finally Im able to get a pool table inside my apartment
Tried to use this company to have an alternative to amazon. Shopping and shipping process was decent. But part didn't fit so i am having to return it. And i have never seen such a horrible return policy. Massive hoops to jump through. They threaten to deny your return constantly charge 20-30% restocking fee. Demand a photo and force you to answer and questionaire. IF they approve the box which cant have any writing or damaging on the box. So most likely you ship item back. And they deny your claim and keep the part anyway... will never ever bother with this company again.
Avoid this company at all cost. The item received was very late, in general packaging and not complete. No padding in the box and impossible to return. Customer service has been horrible to deal with and will not take back the product ordered. We nor our friends will order from this company again. Only thing that could redeem this review is if the owner contacted me directly to correct the issue.
Almost felt like they were offering a back rub through the phone when I was ordering the pool... comical they tell you to call with any problems at delivery... well... I guess you can call... you just wont get a hold of anyone :) Wish i would have believed some of the negative reviews before ordering... i'm in limbo trying to figure out how to get a replacement wall panel so I can continue building my pool! Very disappointed :(
I bought this item for my daughter. She has an above-ground 22' pool that needed cleaning badly on the bottom. When we received it and wanted to try it out it could not be used because her pool does not have a scammer or something like that. For as much as I paid for this I was very disappointed.;(
Poolwarehouse is terrible! The customer service was rude and not helpful. I spent 2600 dollars on a pool heater that was delivered damaged. We called poolwarehouse and they refused to help and exchange heater for new one citing an unrealistic company policy.
We called after an hour of delivery and showed them proof (security pictures) that it was damaged and proof that it was damaged before i took possession.
Poolwarehouse uses deceptive business practices.
As a veteran I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life.
I am not sure I may be the full here. I paid close to $******* never received a pool only a liner. They stopped returning my calls and have not returned any of my emails. They were Johnny-on-the-spot when having me sign a contract and taking my payment but now... crickets
We invested considerable time in measuring for a new pool liner and just needed a couple of quick questions answered about their form. After multiple calls, messages left, and even an email, still zero contact a week later. I guess they don't need the business.
I bought (2) Pentair Minimax Ignitor kits from pool warehouse. One ignitor arrived with the graphite tiep broken off and the other ignitor arrived scorched and packaged showing it was clearly used. I contacted their customer service and sent pictures. I was originally told that I would have my money refunded but then I was told their vendor would not return the money. I did not buy the ignitors from the vendor, I bought them from poolwarehouse.com. They do not stand by their products and re just a pass through for their vendors. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are an internet business rip off.
