I purchased an entire above ground pool kit. When I ordered, I called Pool Warehouse to order over the phone. All items ordered were IN STOCK. Website and customer service told me 5 to 7 business days. This was their first lie. I am now 3 weeks out and items that were in stock when I placed my order are now out of stock (with no in stock date). No communication from the company to inform me of this. When I asked for a refund for these very expensive items, I was told 5 to 7 business days (meanwhile, they have already taken the money from my account for items that they did not have). What company charges you for items they do not have and have no plans to ship?! Had I not called, they would have kept my money.

Go elsewhere! This company is an online company only... therefore, everything they have you can purchase locally or online yourself.

I received my grill cart today. It looks great and came nicely packaged on a pallet. Met my expectations for quality and looked great. I will put the grill in tomorrow and see how it goes. The only down side is that you are not supposed to put hot items on the metal top. I think I will add a ceramic tile to put on top.

Terrible customer service

I purchased a semi inground pool and I mailed a check. Later that month i started receiving tiny bits of my order at a time so I had to keep taking off work to sign for my order. I also never received a itemized list of what was suppose to be on each order. I never received my hand rail or my pool pump and they will not answer my phone calls unless I call from a different phone number each time. They tell me it shipped so I should have received it. I will be contacting an attorney at this point since they refuse to get back to me and tell me where my stuff is that I prepaid for.

Paid 15,000 dollars in March. Still do not have a pool. Talked to 6-8 different people. Promised a phone call or e mail back each time, and have never gotten 1 back. Never. Also they send a liner and nothing else. Total joke. Do better call people back.

My customer service rep Kelli was outstanding in both listening to my needs and communicating back to me at every turn to ensure I was aware what was going on with my case. Customer service is a lost ART but, Kelli showed me that some reps still care about their customers! She deserves recognition!

I placed my order on Monday May 18 for the SR Smith Typhoon Slide. I was confirmed by the customer service rep that I spoke to prior to placing the order for the slide Costing $2500. 00 would ship in 7-10 days. When I did not receive the slide in 10-12 days I called, left 2 voice messages and have sent 3 emails trying to find out the status of the slide that still has not been delivered.
They have no sense of urgency and do not return emails. I would not purchase from this company,

Jacinia went out of her way to work with us and the diving board manufacturer in order to keep our pool project on schedule when supply chain issues threatened to delay the project by more than two months. She was prompt, professional, and honestly a delight to work with. I have no doubt that her professional relationship with the manufacturer played a role in the satisfactory outcome. Pool pump purchase

I want to be clear this is a Pentar? Spelling? 1.6hp pool pump purchased from pool warehouse in Tennessee. Turned pump on after 60 seconds it made a bang and notice housing at strainer broke due to vibration and hand tight lid. PW said I'm better going back to manufacturer.? Thanks PW I would never buy washer from you. You NEED to stand behind what you sell or get out of the business. Kicking the can down the road only buys you time but eventually someone has to pick it up. Shop elsewhere

I ordered a pool may 9th, they immediately charged my credit card, and then were impossible to get a hold of for the rest of may! I just yesterday finally received an email, after sending 3 emails, and leaving 4 voicemails, and they tell me it will be another 4-6 weeks! So they charged my credit card 2 months before they planned to ship my pool! Horrible customer service! They finally processed my refund today, but now no pools are available, and I'm stuck with the pool accessories I ordered from other companies! Very bad experience, who sells pools they don't even have!?!? Do not order form this company, save yourself the stress!

We purchased a 24' ultra semi-inground pool kit, which we installed in-ground. We ordered the kit mid-May, got the deliveries (in batches) by the end of June, and were swimming all through August and September. Dana, our sales rep was super responsive. Renee, in customer service, was super helpful! Highly recommend them both. Our contractor needed to call Pool Warehouse a few times to ask questions about the installation and always got through to someone who could walk him through the process. Despite being an internet company, it's run like a small family business and provides personalized service. Highly recommend the AOP system. You still need some pool chemicals to balance the pool (industry standard), but very little (10%?) compared to usual pool systems.

Good Luck

It has been quite apparent that they don't know what's going on. Good luck shopping at multiple stores for adapters and hoses to connect to the pump. Also, once it is connected, don't go by their "tech support" to tell you how much sand to put into the pump. According to them we needed 150lbs but the manufacturer required 220lbs, poolwarehouse didn't know how much to use and said go by the manufacturer's advice after multiple attempts at an answer. I requested a list of adapters, hose dimensions and diameters to hook up the filter..."crickets", understaffed and lack of knowledge of inventory they're selling... good luck as they say when purchasing from them as it's a wild goose chase after you receive it to get correct and factual information on what's needed to complete your "DIY" project.

EDIT- after ordering TWO POOLS on separate occasions from this website, they emailed me that they canceled my order because they are out of stock! Not happy! And this is after I already have several pool supplies on its way from other companies. The customer service representative was very short with me when I emailed her twice regarding my cancelation.

Matt M. Was the best customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He made my cancellation/reorder process a breeze. Will nit hesitate to buy from him again.

Worst Company Ever

I would never, under any circumstance, recommend this company. They are dishonest, refuse to ever allow you to speak to a supervisor, and rude. We received a pool with no walls and the company refuses to make it right. They blame the shipping company.

Great Pool Cover

I ordered this for a new pool, and it fits perfectly. I installed it myself, using the instructions, with no problems. It looks great and it's nice to see the falling leaves on top of the cover instead of in the pool.

Highly recommended.

Thrilled with PoolWarehouse

PoolWarehouse is amazing! We had ordered a foosball table from an online retailer that after months and months couldn't tell me where my product was. I cancelled that order and ordered a very similar quality foosball table from PoolWarehouse at 1/3 the price of the other online retailer and it was there in a matter of days. Much faster than I was expecting. Thrilled with their ordering process, delivery scheduling and personnel, and customer service. Would definitely order from them again.

Defective disappointment!- I purchased a $5000 Pool Slide and when I open the boxes to install it I noticed deep scratches and deep gouges in the slide surface as well as poor manufacturing and workmanship in the molded plastic. When the replacement slide was delivered about a month later it I discovered it was even more defective when I open the box. Now I have two giant $5000 defective pieces of junk on my property! And my girls birthday surprise is ruined. I guess pool warehouse just sells junk and they don't care! Please beware!

This is a scam.

We purchased a pool kit back in March with a wait time of 6 weeks. Till this day we have called more than 10 times and they always tell us is going to take and I quote " 2 more weeks" they say that every 2 weeks. We're trying to cancel our order and it's been impossible. It's always an excuse. We try to cancel and they sent us a liner so we wouldn't be able to. We've tried to speak with somebody and they told us no one is available to talk to us

Still waiting from April 18th on an order that I am told is in the warehouse but they don't have enough trucks to get it to me. I offered 2 weeks ago to pick it up but it's not allowed. Received steel panels, Liner, cover, but no accessories, wall ladder, floor Drains, lights etc. Very disappointing as they oversell you on what to buy in order to expedite your order since they have plenty in the warehouse, to then blame on shipping company. Need to change their shipping and logistics plans.
