Terrible, dont return calls, put you on hold forever

I had trouble getting a hold of them even to place the order. Called them, emailed, and called. They would not allow you to use a different shipping address then yoyour credit card and a fork lift was required. What a zoo. After 3 calls and two emails I was granted the privilege of order.

Save your time, even if you get through they offer no help and never get back to you

Very difficult during the peak season. They don't respond very well to email or voice mail. It took about 10 calls to get one answer. May be different in winter months.
