Delivery is horrible and we got a damaged pool table. The claim process takes very long and the manager of pool Warehouse only tells us that we have to wait no matter what situation we are facing. Not helpful at all and such a horrible experience with pool warehouse
Tip for consumers:
Be careful when you purchase large items from pool warehouse because the delivery company is very unprofessional and very high chance you will get a damaged item. At the same time the claim process will take very long with uncertain results. And the customer service even the manager/boss not helpful at all.
