The pool table came with a screw sticking up thru the felt, it was seen before assembly of the legs.
The slide we bought was fairly easy to install. It was delivered on time and the delivery man placed it in our back yard where we asked him to place it. Slide worked very well all season. Kids enjoyed it.
I always enjoy doing business with Pool Warehouse. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I quite often try and direct my business toward Mona who is not only knowledgeable but quite personable and enjoyable.
Purchasing from this company was quick and easy! Can't wait for my kids to enjoy this slide over the summer. Will update once I have it up and in use. The slide came in 4 large pieces and the product looks great and we can't wait to get it up!

The prices were great. In my case, service was terrible. My kit showed up around 6 weeks late. The only question my salesman would ask me was "are you ready to pay?" A very important piece was left off the shipment and no one bothered to tell me. They sold me a lot of upgrades, but couldn't help me install them. Bottom line, if you know how to install pools, their prices are great. If you need technical assistance, don't expect any help from them. Once they got my money, they were pretty much done with me. Their name is misleading. They don't have a warehouse. They just have everything drop shipped from the manufactur. In essence, they are just a pool broker.
The product was equal to or better than I expected. The drawings and technical support left a lot to be desired. This was my third diy Pool I have built. I have a technical background and the drawings were ment for Pool contractors who build pools everyday, not diy customers. The Pool tech rep did not want to be overly helpful and said why didn't we hire a pro to put our pool in.
We are not unhappy with the pool or equipment but there is a gap between the distributor and the Pool mfg.

The price of the pool table was very reasonable. The quality is excellent. I placed the order on a Sunday afternoon and received my shipment on Friday. My only tiny complaint was I never received a shipping confirmation. I was notified by Fed-Ex that I had a delivery coming, and not Pool Warehouse. But, overall I was very pleased with my purchase!
My brother ordered his pool from pool warehouse and we installed it and after seeing how great the service and the product was I bought mine the next year and had no problems. Definitely would recommend pool warehouse!
I purchased a 20' x 40' pool kit in 2004. At different times I have bought a pump, a liner, a cover and a salt chlorinator. There was shipping damage to the pump. It was replaced without any problem.
They are always friendly and helpful.
Cover is not of the quality i was led to believe. Had drain added in center, will not drain rain water off can not get cover tight enough not to sink in to pool water. Have drained pool as low as i can.will try again tomorrow to contact them
I purchased 4 cans of paint. One can of paint did not spray properly, luckily I am replacing my pool liner because there were constant drips coming from the entire can. I feel that half of the can of paint was wasted due to the drips.
Paid for a uv system sent to me that was broken. Took them a month just to reply. Denied to send me another unit. Horrible place to deal with.
Easy process for ordering and pretty quick for delivery, all 8 were individually wrapped in OEM plastic.
Overall,I'm happy with everything from Pool Warehouse. My pool package is made up of all good quality compoments and everything wwent together nicely. There were some issues with the delivery but that was the trucking company's fault. Pool Warehouse took care of it promptly.I had some questions during the installation and got the answers I needed from the tech support people at Hydra Pools.
So excited for the pool table to arrive at my son's house! Looks great and perfect for him!

Called Customer Service to be sure that a pool company actually sold the CP2 cold compression pack, LOL. The nicest young lady confirmed it for me and told me that one of the people who worked there had used one and loved it, so they started selling it. That's good enough for me.
Enjoyed working with Jones on our on our pool, very knowledgable and great to work with. The kit was delivered in about 2 weeks or so. Hired my brother in law to dig out the pool and we did everything else but decks and electric. Would recommend and would use them again.

Website is very thorough with lots of information available to help guide the decision process, the service and technical support is great. My only thought is; I would suggest getting more information on the tail gate service for delivery, I paid for it so in the in the case i wasn't home my wife would be able to receive the order without issue and i could move it with the fork lift when i got home. The packages were to large for the shipper to get off the truck with a pallet jack and if i wasn't home they would have had to reschedule. SO ask before you spend the extra money.
