Once you buy you are on your own. Just hope you even get your pool. Once they collect your payment they say screw you!
I got nervous when I was checking out and completed the credit card info, after I submitted it the screen went back to the checkout. So I had to pay all over again. I hope I wasn't double charged. I never received a confirmation email nor any information on my tracking.
So far So good but no return call. I left message last week for call back
Just went ahead and ordered.
Item was delivered to OKC pretty fast but took just as long to get to Blanchard as it took to OKC.
Product was exceptional though.
Will use them again.

Great experience on pool warehouses end. The shipping on the other hand, accidentally damaged the table. Nikki was awesome at answering my questions on what to do next. Now we wait for the shipping company to sort this out.
Easy navigation and the products were significantly less than those posted on Amazon! Because I work in retail, I try to buy from brick and mortar companies if the price is reasonably close to online and if not, I try to buy from companies other than Amazon whenever possible.
Shipping was timely and the products were exactly what I expected.

This was a gasket that is easily damaged. It should be shipped in some form that would provide protection of the gasket. This was sent to me in just an envelope which was folded and shoved into my mail box. Luckily it was not damaged. It should have been shipped with some cardboard to protect it b
I love your products and prices. I was shocked at how fast it came! I wasn't prepared lol. I haven't taken it out of the box because we are moving, but it is HEAVY! My husband was surprised and excited. I can't wait to put it in our new home.
Purchased the 16x32 rectangle kit. Price was great, shipping was quick, and customer service was great with any questions. I probably drove them crazy as I installed myself, but they never showed it and were quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Install was way easier than expected!
The air hockey table arrived Within two days ordering it and I just put it together for my child for Christmas yesterday and it was great. Easy assembly and all the parts were there. Definitely will be a great Christmas present.
I was looking at this pool table for a few months on other sites. I was finally ready to buy and every other site was sold out. I found you guys on a google search and am impressed with your selection
I was so excited to find this sauna. Reviews suggested that it is easy to assemble. As I began unpacking the sauna there were several pieces that had gashes or loosened edges. It seems to have been damaged in transit. The roof cover is not the right size either.
Worse than that, it won't latch closed so I can't finish assembling it. I am hoping that I only had the bad luck of receiving a damaged, warped unit and that getting a replacement, or troubleshooting the assembly issues, will be a smooth process.
I will update the review as far as the functioning of the unit if I am able to get the present issues resolved.

It took forever to send out the shipment. Approximately 8 days to get it out the door. This place is not a warehouse, it's a middle man. You place your order and they call the manufacturer and the manufacturer ships the order. I'm not sure why they are necessary, but the manufacturer must be giving them a good price for handling the phone call.
Never received part of our order, and was told it was a shipping problem. Never got our salt generator and told us we had to deal with the shipper! Still nothing, horrible service. Will never recommend to anyone...
The reviews of the customer service that others have received from this company are great so I thought I should give them a try. I just placed my order a few minutes ago, so I hope I will be a proud customer too!
Was charged for thicker liner received the thinner liner contacted customer service absolutely no response or explanation also never received the feeder tubes i order for my aqua genies no return call
Was told the shuffle board top came in two pieces, advised the customer service rep that I could fit a 9 foot table into my basement but not a 12 foot table. He assured me that the 12 foot top was not one solid piece of wood. When table arrived it was one solid piece. We had to hire someone to pull a window out of our house, damaging the trim in order to do so. The shuffle board pucks were rusted out on the bottom. Less than a week after we purchased the table they dropped the price, and refused to credit us the $75 difference in the now lower price.
The staff at Pool Warehouse was fantastic. I was apprehensive about buying and building my own in ground pool but they made it a good experience. JT was extremely helpful and educated me as he walked through the countless options. I had a negative experience with a defective skimmer but both the manufacturer and the Pool Warehouse team got it resolved relatively quickly.
It was a project I knew nothing about but I found a guy who has decades of pool building experience to help me do the job. He has built hundreds of pools and had many interactions with The Pool Warehouse and spoke very highly of them. The project was intense and a bigger mess than expected but we busted tail and put the pool in and redid the entire back yard. We love the finished product and have used the heck out of it for the last two summers. We've had a ton of family, friends, and sports team parties, constantly.
On a scale of 1 - 10 the hard work was a 15 but going through The Pool Warehouse made it worth it.
