Great website with good product details

Great website with good product details. Received new pool cover and installed today. All items necessary for the installation were provided as promised. Just needed a few tools. Cover is well built, hardware was great and cover fit perfectly just as website described. Thanks!

O.K. So far. Ill let you know after I receive the product. Received the product by UPS Freight, appears to be in good condition. Did not open box to inspect at this time. Not quite ready to setup and don't want to remove from box until setup.

Poolwarehouse has amazing customer service! I didn't get the item I ordered online because it was on back order close to Christmas, but Poolwarehouse contacted me very quickly to let me know that the item wouldn't arrive by Christmas. They called and emailed personally and immediately issued a refund. It's terrific to experience such great personal service in this day and age. I will definitely order from them again because I can trust that this company values their customers and goes the extra mile to make it right.

Quick and Easy
December 13, 2019

Quick and Easy. The only negative I have so far is the delivery, one of the guys was very rude and did not want to wait for us to unpack it to check its condition before signing the receipt form. We only unpacked it half way before they left. I hope to submit an overall review in 6 months on the quality of the items. We will be upgrading the pool ques and a few other playing pieces.

I ordered a safety cover
December 16, 2017

I ordered a safety cover. It arrived without the installation tool needed to install and remove the cover. I contacted customer service by phone and email on 6 different occasions. Each time I was told the item would be shipped. I even received a phone call stating that it would be delivered within a week. I never received it so had to spent additional money purchasing this item elsewhere in order to install the cover.

Ordered our pool in February and we got in within 2 weeks. Not as easy to install as originally thought. I would make a suggestion that they tell customers to do a water table test BEFORE they buy. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered the pool with an 8' deep end. If I had got one with 6' end we would've been fine but since hitting water we've been at a standstill and it's now July! Finally found an installer willing to help us finish. Praying we have a pool by the end of July!

TOTAL SCREW UP
September 28, 2022

I ordered my pool and paid for it. I received a call from a shipping company telling me the pool was coming with a 10 hr window. I said that wasn't realistic with my work. She said "YOU" can call us back. She said they would call me with a 1 hr advance for delivery.

When to the store, got 2 text messages, one said order shipped, one said order delivered. Within 30 min of each other.

Nightmare begins. Pool left out on the street. Pool damaged. I provide them with pictures.

A week and a half before they pick the pool, NOT THE SAME OR NEXT DAY as I was told. Then they start with they cant control the carrier! Their carrier!

Pool finally gets picked up. They make me wait another week to "Verify" the pool. Then they send a new one. It took almost a month to get the pool here and by that time it was a week from September. TO LATE TO PUT IT UP BEFORE WINTER COMING.

ALSO WASNT DELIVERED BY THE SAME CARRIER. I WAS TOLD THE FIRST CARRIER WAS THE ONLY ONE.

Once they have your money you are at their mercy.

Pool Vacuum

I purchased a pool vacuum from them. It arrived DOA. When contacting them about it they refused to be of any help. Very poor business model.

Honestly i have dealt with orders from u before but this order the customer service is horrible i called three times cause i wanted to add to my order and no one ever got back to me and it also took a very long time to receive my order i was very nice requesting a call back about my order and the machine said someone would get back to me within 24 hrs and did not hear from anyone...I think I'm going to have to shop elsewhere very disappointed

Pool Warehouse has terrific customer service. I placed my order late one night by the next morning I received a call from Mona to clarify some of the measurements I had sent. When it was still unclear on the corners, Mona had me send her pictures and showed me exactly how to measure them. The liner fit like a glove when I received it. I couldn't have been more pleased with the liner or Pool Warehouse's excellent customer service. I would highly recommend!

Shopping experience was good so far

Shopping experience was good so far. Can't wait to get out new pool table. So, we received our pool table in under a week. Amazing shipping! However, the table should have been easier to put together than it was. Each leg had 4 screws to attach it to the actual table. In one of the legs, the holes were not aligned properly. The holes were about an 1/8 of an inch off. So, we had to bore out the holes in order to line them up with the screws that were provided. This only happened for one of the legs, but it was very challenging. Overall, the table is amazing, but I wish the alignment of these holes would have been more carefully inspected in order to ensure that this does not happen. It would be very difficult for a single individual to put it together with this problem. Also, other tools were required than what was provided, so if one does not have access to drill guns to bore out the holes, then the table would not be able to be put together in it's entirety.

I purchased an above ground pool kit with some accessories. It was all scheduled for delivery for Wednesday so I scheduled the dirt work and pool builder for Fri/Sat of that week. Delivery came on Wednesday and after checking everything I was missing the floor pad. I sent an email around 5:30pm and I gave them until Thursday around 12pm before I called, since I hadn't received a response yet. I called and waited 15 minutes on an automated hold and no one answered. I called back 30 mins later and after waiting for 10 minutes talked to someone that said the person that handles claims was on the other line. He said they would call me back. I waited an hour and called again. This time I was told that someone would call me back and I refused. I told them I would wait. After 20 minutes on the phone I finally get to Nikki. She said she sees where it was never shipped out and she would get with the warehouse to see when they can ship one. I explained my situation and that I needed it overnighted and she said no. She acted like she could care less that I was inconvenienced and that I now have to re-arrange the contractors and my schedule. They make it difficult to get ahold of a person and their lack of urgency to resolve their "human error" makes me wish I had went a different route for a pool. I guess the company isn't large enough to take care of the customer when they have an error. They can't afford overnight shipping.

I was pleased with the order process and all the information provided on the website. I was shocked when the item was delivered by a third party who indicated upon arrival that delivery is curbside. He had to use special tools to even make the delivery and somehow we were expected to get the item from our driveway to the basement. This would have been fine if poolwarehouse would have informed us that the delivery is curbside. This needs to be made very clear so that customers can make the necessary arrangements to get their items where they need to go in their home.

I found everyone I spoke with to be kind and knowledgeable about the product. Mona, was so helpful in guiding me to get the measurements of our pool which is an odd shape and size. Then she wrote me a personal card to thank me for my purchase and wishing me luck on my sons wedding. I will return and I will let all I know where to purchase pool supplies from. Nice price

Nice price. One of a very few places that seemed to have this available. This is the sane item that is used by the people that provide physical therapy for my wife who just had knee replacement surgery. It is wonderful to be able to provide the cold compression therapy for her at home

For the money we spent it would have been impossible for us to buy or build the pool from a local company. The quality is great, we got all the options we wanted and still saved money. We also felt like we received fantastic customer service throughout the process.

I felt like leaving a review because it really was a good experience working with them on our pool. We had ups and downs with the build but we saved a fortune and really couldn't have afforded to get such a nice pool any other way. It's allot of work but I felt like Pool Warehouse was great - fantastic honestly. We talked to Matt in tech support a few times, more than he probably wanted, but he was more than willing to give help every time we called. All in all I WILL be recommending you to others. Yeah shipping is the only hurdle to get over but after that it's all just finding the time and weather to build in.

The ordering process was easy! Price was great! Hoping delivery is as pain free! Could not find an anticipated delivery date. That is my only concern so far.

Very pleased with the pricing and delivery. Very cost efficient and quick delivery. My only suggestion is that the delivery date could be stated more clearly during the ordering process. I had to e mail twice to get a confirmation on anticipated delivery. That being said, I received my purchase only 9 days after ordering and that included Memorial Day weekend.
