I was happy with the product I received to a certain extent. I ordered six coolaroo shade receivers and received them in a timely fashion. They needed two screws each, which DID NOT come with the order. I guess I assumed they would, AND in my opinion should have, but I guess I was wrong. The mailing charge was exorbitant almost as much as the actual order. In my opinion the Order should've included the screws to fix it to the wall. I guess I made a wrong assumption. Now I hAce one more step before I can use this product. Need to go hardware store to try a find screws that will fit these receivers. Time, energy, and MORE money!
I will think twice before I order from Pool supply unlimited in the future.

Worked Perfectly

Pool Light

Ordered aJ&J Colorsplash Pool Light 12V. The light was shipped the same day I ordered it. Got a follow-up email with tracking number stating the delivery date. The light was delivered when promised. This J&J light was an exact fit that replaced my Hayward Pool light that I purchased from Pool Supply Unlimited in 2011. I was satisfied with the service and product in 2011. That's why I used them again in 2020. Replacement of old light and installation of new light took about 30 minutes. My pool has lights again! Yah!

We ordered a pool heater to replace an old one - exact same model we had previously. We received our new pool heater and set it into place, but have yet to get it to work! We have sent multiple emails and made many phone calls only to be able to leave voice messages asking this company to please call us back so that we could resolve this issue. They have not been responsive to our messages! We had a Pentair Service Company come out to investigate the problem, and gave us some possibilities as to why this heater wasn't working. We called Pentair directly and got a replacement ignitor, and a replacement pressure valve switch, and the servicing company replaced the parts. Still, the heater DOES NOT WORK! No-one will return our calls or emails from this company! Until we get this issue resolved, I rate this a one star. I will call the BBB soon...

Buyer be ware...

First and foremost, know this company is a third party supplier. They do not carry these items you are purchasing in stock. You will need to wait until they order the item for you and then ship it to you. This in not something is noted on their web page. Once you have ordered your product you will mist likely find out it will take nearly 6 - 8 weeks to get your order. If you can wait that long, this may not be of any concern? However if you don't have that kind of time to wait, buyer consider yourselves warned! Don't event think about canceling! They will charge you a restocking fee and only return what remains on your purchase price. Granted, I suggest dealing with thus company by phone as opposed to email. Perhaps, I would have been given options I was nit offered via email? What I do know is a reputable company with a restocking fee would have informed you this was their policy, then asked if you are certain you'd like to continue woth your cancelation? Providing you the option. Because once I found out this was how they conducted their cancelations I responded with wanting to keep my order. Unfortunately they said. They could not be of help they had already canceled the order.
By my experience it would appear they are just as happy to make their stocking fee as provided you with any products or make sure they have a happy customer.
Buyer be ware...

We ordered a pool in April 2021 with this company. It arrived in June, but it was the incorrect size. When we contacted them, no one picked up the phone. The company was intermittently responsive to online chats, and non-responsive to email. When I finally got an agent, Debbie, via chat, and I asked that someone call me. I was told I would receive a call in 10 minutes, but they never called. When I finally got through to the company via telephone, Debbie took no ownership for never calling. Also, in spite of the company sending me the wrong pool, Debbie blamed this on the warehouse and took no ownership of the wrong pool being sent. She then told me that she would not be able to email the warehouse until Monday or Tuesday and was unwilling to give me any information about when the correct pool would be sent to us. Because it took 2 months to get the pool in the first place, and we live in New England where summer is 3 months long, I asked for a refund so I could purchase a pool from a local store with a good reputation. Debbie refused to refund me for the pool and stated nothing could happen until she spoke with the warehouse on Monday or Tuesday. She was rude, condescending, and non helpful. The business is impossible to communicate with both via telephone, online chat, and email. Their customer service is actually the worst I have ever experienced. The company is also INCREDIBLY disorganized and unprofessional. I will leave this review everywhere where people can read reviews, as I would like to save everyone from the awful experience we have had.

THE FILTERS THAT I ORDERED FROM YOU WERE NO LONGER BEING PRODUCED OR AVAILABLE.
