First of all we spent over $ 1100 on a pool kit WITH a skimmer. It took weeks to arrive but we understood because of Covid. So we had weeks to prep the ground. The ground was level and clean next 2 inches of masonry sand again clean. Covered the area with black 6 mil plastic we carried the liner to the center and started assembly pool has no skimmer I wasn't happy but our grandsons had already waited to long so I decided to use it anyway. Started to fill the pool and it leaked from a seam on the bottom one more thing to fix. As for the skimmer customer service said we would receive a refund a week later they put $75 back on our card and pulled it right back out WHAT THE HELL. MY POINT IS DON'T BUY FROM THEM. They do not care about customer service after they get your money

Fair price, quick delivery although I had no success contacting the help line - tried calling several times with no luck, no response to email either.

The items that we received are not in good condition. The polls are scratched and also the square backboard is scratched. I am trying to find out how to return the items and I keep getting the run around. I've asked for help. Asked someone to phone me. Left my phone number. After 3 messages I finally received an email with 3 options listed. 1). If I have received my item or need to return it, click here. 2). If I need to change the order, click here. 3). If I have not received it, click here. When you choose option 1, there is NO info on returns. It brings me to THIS survey. So on top of not answering my questions and ignoring my ask for help, the content in the one email I received is inaccurate and useless. I need these items delivered to me by 5/7/20, when the concrete is being poured. I have mentioned this THREE times. No one at this company cares. It takes them 2 days to reply with a computer generated message. Followed by radio silence. Worst customer service EVER for an item that was far from cheap. This is for the high-end pool basketball hoop with cement anchors. **5/1/20- I'm still trying to return the boxes for this item. I finally received a response with one return label. I've sent two messages asking if they can please send for return labels for the four boxes. We finally received the fourth box (of anchors) yesterday- And everything needs to go back. Unfortunately no one replies You get another automated response by email. All I want is 4 return labels, so I can return back the damaged items, and get a refund at this point.

I'm so upset that I used this company, I order a part for my pool and paid $137 for overnight shipping I ordered it Thursday and is arriving Monday, called the customer service and the gentleman didn't care told me it was my own fault for ordering it in the afternoon and nothing he can do about it, wouldn't issue a refund. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a mini refrigerator from this establishment online wanting to support a small business and it was a HUGE mistake. When the fridge it was delivered, it was damaged. I contacted the support team by email and did not receive a response back for four days. I emailed them again, immediately got a response from a Joe Hamassian who said they would have to contact the claims department. After writing a response, he called me. He was incredibly rude and I had to call him out on it. The resolution was to have UPS pick it up, and once they did, another one would be shipped out. So I packed it up, UPS picked it up the next morning. When I contacted Joe to tell him that it was picked up, he told me he had to wait for UPS to credit them before they could ship out another one although he had confirmed UPS picked it up. Whatever that means. A week went by and they did not ship out another. When I repeatedly asked when the new one would be shipped out, his response was: " I know it's easier to blame us but unfortunately that's how it works. If you'd like, purchase the fridge elsewhere we will refund you…"

Disgusting response. Terrible experience. Never buy from this company expecting customer support.

Took them 3 weeks to give me my money back and completely wasted my time. Bought it from Amazon, it was cheaper and arrived in 2 days. Next time you should take care of your customer and ship out the product immediately if the customer isn't happy, especially if you have confirmation that the product was picked up by UPS.
