The light was broke in shipping and they quickly sent me a new one. Only problem is that the 2nd one broke also. But the people have been very nice to work with. I am sure these very nice people will send me another one hopefully packaged a bit better.
Found it searching Web filters for ~ 300k+ BTU and looking for price, quality and availability. Hit 2 out of 3. Day 1 of the install, I switched the side of the intake/outflow. Cut the gasket. Day 2 bought parts and move unit into position. Day 3 & 4 rained out. Day dropped the nut into the unit. I pulled burner tray to gain access to the nut. Super design, easy in and out. Day 6 gasket arrives, I hope?
We ordered pool vacuum Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday! Awesome service and we just love it.
Turned it on and let it go! Cleaned all the remaining dirt and leaves from winter opening. Will definitely buy from Pool Supply Unlimited again!
The product is great however, the delivery of the unit was unsatisfactory. The driver delivered it to another suite at the building and told my staff he would charge my card $100.00 to deliver it the suit it was supposed to be dropped of at. So my assistant had to drag the unit to our suite because I was not there to do it.

We redid our entire pool set up for a 30,000 gallon pool. New heater, filter, pump and we transitioned from chlorine to salt water. And we did it all with the help of a local plumber and electrician. Pool Supply Unlimited had great pricing and delivery was excellent. But it was the customer service that made the difference. Jose is awesome! Thanks all. We're in the pool now. Have a great summer.
It cleans the pool excellently but I was expecting the Dolphin to draw a pattern of cleaning the pool, it appears to do it very disorganized, also to clean the walls and steps. Till now it only goes up to about half the walls and does not seem to know how to clean the steps. Am I missing something?
I am a first time buyer from this company. The response time was within minutes. Packaging was very secured, I will definitely shop from this company again. I started to refer this site to my friends.
I should have realized something wasn't quite right when the shipping costs were nearly the same as the parts I ordered. Then, upon arrival, incorrect parts were included. Pool Supply Unlimited quickly replaced the wrong parts with the correct ones, once I called them. I had to share a photo with the service rep showing the wrong parts.
I was trying to reach costumer service all day to get a release form for me to pick up at terminal dock in MN, but I couldn't reach them at all. As a result, my shipment was accidentally delivered to Indiana and when it finally came back to MN there were damage goods. I'm still trying to sort this out.
After ordering a new pump from these jokers and waiting 4 days to check on its status ( which was pending) I called and after finally getting a real person to talk to I was told she couldn't explain why it hadn't been shipped yet since they had them in stock. Told me she would check on it and e mail me the next day w information. Still waiting for that e-mail. Have since called several times and left messages. No answer. Also contacted via e- mail with the answer being they would get back to me in 72 - 96 hours. That aint happened yet either
Fast shipping, I had questions & used their chat option which was easy and a real person, then I ordered 2 pool filters 1hp and 2hp, minutes after I placed my order the person from the chat called to personally make sure I didn't order two filters by accident, really great customer service experience. Shipping company & deliery person were very nice as well. Can't beat the price either, including shipping costs.
Ordered a cheaper salt cell for my 40k pool and came 15 days late as my pool was in need of chlorine and starting to turn. Lots of trips to the pool store. Ordered a cell from pool supply and came in very good tie, installed and working great. Pool back in shape for only a few bucks more. Well worth it.
LOOK ELSEWHERE! TERRIBLE COMPANY! Company shipped the wrong water slide June 8. Customer service was terrible and couldn't help me replace the slide. I ended up contacting the manufacturer to ship me a new slide. It's now almost 3 months later and the company hasn't gotten the old slide off my yard. They made us load up the old slide which is extremely heavy to put in a box which they never came and got. The boxes got ruined in bad weather. I also injured my knee loading the slide into the box. The company shipped us a new box with no date to pick up and said we have to load the 400 lb slide into the box again. My husband is a disabled vet and I hurt me knee loading the first slide and the company could care less. I would never purchase from company. The service representatives have been unprofessional and unhelpful.
Ordered time pool cleaner to pick up fine sandy in our inground pool. Easy to set up, easy to use, holds tight to bottom of pool and doesn't want to float up as you move around.
The flat rubber head works great for the sides as well. Hoping it lasts several seasons!
I had to pay with two different credit cards and couldn't figure out how to do it on line the girl at the store call me back and was very helpful and help me figure out how to get my order in and it was great she did a great job
I bough from this people a part for my pool that cost me about $ 435.00 it takes me about 12 days to get it they have a recording and never answer the phone, after tons of email the answer and told me that it will take several day for me to get an authorization to send back the unit. I waited a week and send them an Email asking for the address and the authorization # to return the defective part. But they told me that I will have to deal with the Manufacturer to return the part, I pay them for the part not the Manufacturer, I let them know that the part is defective inmediatly and they are refusing return my money
Do your self a favor and do not buy from this people
Do not buy from this company...they will rip you off with their warranty lies! They do not honor the warranty and it says right on their website that they warranty salt cells directy!
I was very nervous to make my purchase as it was a large amount being charged on my card. I decided to give this company a try. I was extremly glad that I did. When I called in they were very helpful with the purchase of the product. In fact, even my local pool store gave them props for steering me in the right direction. I purchased a pool heater on Friday night and had it delivered to me by lunch time on the following Tuesday. I would do businness with them again and highly recomend giving them a try.
I emailed them requesting information about a leaking valve I had with an automatic actuator. They were really helpful in sending me schematics and letting me know exactly what replacement parts after they asked me to send them pictures so they can determine the valve type I had. I received the parts and repaired my valve and it is
