This pump works great. I had to make adjustments for it to be usable in our pool. I would have to do that with ANY pump though, other than the one from the manufacturer. But, those suck.

The dude at Pool Supply Unlimited was super kool and easy to work with. He truly is knowledgeable and made it easy for me to decide to purchase this pump. I tend to over think the details and because of this I take forever to make a final decision.

Ordered a pool filter setup from their site. Ended up being on back order for about 2 months. No follow up email from them explaining the filter was on back order. 2 weeks ago I email support asking about a status on my order. 3 days later I get a response from their customer support stating that my pool filter has been sitting with the freight company and wont be delivered until I pay storage fees. I call delivery company and they state the shipper (Pool Supply Unlimited) did not pay the storage fees. Customer support blames me even though I never received a email with tracking or when I was receiving the item. On top of all this they send someone to my home to pick up the pool filter and I never received it. As of today I receive a refund on the pool filter minus a $195 restock fee. STAY CLEAR of this company. Terrible follow up. I am not the only one complaining about their customer service. Look on Google for others complaining.

Purchased a salt-pool chlorinator from them as it was best price I found. Now, two weeks after cashing my payment they still have not even shipped it. Excuse: virus is delaying things. Really? So delayed they cant even stick a label on a box & leave for UPS? Just BS; will never buy from them again. I don't experience these things with Ebay.

The salt cell has a 3 year warranty, first one lasted almost a year, 2nd 8 months. The customer service at pool supply unlimited is a joke. The phone goes to voice mail. I have called for weeks no response. Emails not returned. Don't make the mistake I did with this company.

On June 22,2021 I ordered a pool skimmer from Pools Unlimited. It is now Sept. 27,2021 and I have not heard a word from them nor the $121.25 they quickly charged my credit card in June. I have tried calling them repeatedly and get a recorded message, blah, blah, blah. Every attempt has failed and now I think I have been scammed after reading all the negative reviews. Foolish me.

So, I got my SR Smith pool railing in a busted-up cardboard box with one end hanging out and scratched up on the end. It is usable, and not too bad, but the idea of paying $120 for "freight shipping" and handling when you guys have it drop-shipped from the manufacturer (who doesn't seem to sell online directly), who sends it FedEx ground in a poor package is criminal. You're price was $150 less than Amazon shipped, but they know how to package in a way that the merchandise doesn't get damaged. Use honest pricing with realistic shipping charges and you'll get more positive feedback. (photo of product as delivered when I got home)

Would like to say thank you for a great service was hesitant at first but the guys came up trumps goods were delivered very quickly very pleased will definitely recommend

I've used Pool Supply Unlimited for a lot of items over the years, from salt cells, circuit boards, filters, o-rings, hardware etc. Always arrive on-time and work. Last year I purchased 2 salt cells from them which have already failed (less than one year... and only one pool season). I am at 2 months now of trying to get them replaced even though diagnostics clearly point to the problem... a faulty salt cell. So initial purchase great. Follow up after they have your money, not so great.

I called to order since I needed a representative to obtain veteran discount. Order went smoothly. Heater was delivered in 4 days after order! Got it hooked up to 100# propane tank and it is heating up! Have a 21' above ground pool. Plan to let it warm for a couple of days since it's been cold here. I can feel the warmer water going into the pool! I am sooooo excited! Unit looks nice and only measures 24"x 12". Great price. Got it connected for $800 cheaper than local pool supplier.

Found the website while looking to purchase a new pool heater. Very competitive pricing. Had some questions and promptly got someone very knowledgeable on the phone who answered all of our questions. The heater was delivered to our home 1000 miles away within 4 days of purchasing. It was in perfect condition.

Also purchased a Polaris pressure cleaner. Had question about price matching. Again, very helpful and accommodating. Processed my order quickly and had the cleaner in the pool within 2 days.

Every time I've called, I get a friendly helpful person on the line. Merchandise is delivered quickly and damage free.

Have ordered several items from Pool Supply Unlimited - always fast shipping and fabulous service. This time ordered replacement tiles - arrived super fast even with just UPS ground and were perfectly as described and pictured on the website. Previously ordered more complicated equipment, including a pool heater for our home pool. Staff were super knowledgeable and helped us sort out exactly what we needed. We have installed, works beautifully and we have been swimming in our backyard pool while all the pools around have been closed!
