I was glad to find everything I needed from P S U but I questioned the extra shipping charge for an impeller screw that I needed. Having seen items coming from different warehouses that warranty separate shipping before, I didn't complain at first. When my order arrived in big box to accommodate the two 1/2 gal alge control I found the 1-2 oz screw in the bottom. So a warning to others that this business makes extra $ on their ( per item not weight) shipping policy.
I called during the pandemic and hung up when I got no answer. An hour later I got a call back from the manager! He answered all my questions about a Raypak above ground pool/spa heater. They had the best price I could find online so I placed the order then and there over the phone. It shipped the next day and was delivered 3 days later. Would definitely recommend them.
I needed this tool to remove two skimmer plugs. I tried a number of tools that I had on hand prior to ordering this, but nothing could get them to budge.
I got both plugs out within five minutes of receiving this tool.
I'd have given five stars except for the fact that the barrage of emails from this company was relentless. At least one a day from the day I ordered. WAY too many, you need to dial it way back folks. I didn't unsubscribe until after I had received this order but believe me, I hit that unsubscribe link shortly after removing the plugs.
A company that values retail customers in the pool supply business. Great service and selection. I needed parts for a pump that other sellers didn't even list. The had the parts and had them on my front porch in 3 days with no outrageous shipping fee.
The Rep. Listened carefully to my situation and then directed me to the right product. Then helped me complete the order on his side. We then got the equipment ordered in just 2 days. Previously I ordered this pool pump from another company only to discover that they never even had a pump to sell. They were only a middleman. Yet when you read the website it imply's they have a pump to sell. I then got a notice telling me the pump was coming from Hayward and it would be another month, when I needed it yesterday. I cancelled that order and am happy I dealt with this company which actually HAD a pump to sell.
Couldn't reach anyone by telephone or email but when I researched more I found the proper heater for my pool and ordered it. I realize that they are extremely busy at this time which has an effect on response time. The service was excellent. I received notifications as to the status of my order and it was delivered very quickly. The heater is working very well.
Although the ordered item arrived slightly damaged most likely due to handling the delivery, once reported to you, the recovery was conducted immediately and I received the replacement item within 48 hours. I am very pleased with the way you conduct your business and already recommended you to a bunch of friends.

My pool cover started to delaminate after 2 seasons. I followed the warranty process and they delivered a new cover without any hassles or issues. I'm very pleased with Pool Supply Unlimited and use them often for my pool needs.
Best price I could find on a pool heater. Matched my current heater of 10 years that gave out. Ordered it and had it within 3 days. The delivery driver even dolled it right next to my old one. Took about 2 hours to hook up and it works like a charm. I will buy all of my pool supplies from Pool Supply Unlimted.

Ordered a new Pentair heater and pump motor- asked if I might be able to pick-up both items that same day. They were not able to accommodate that request, but they shipped both items free of charge. Ordered on Friday, the pump was delivered Saturday, and the heater arrived on Monday. Great customer service- I'll buy from them again any time!

Pool supply did a good job. Item was shipped and delivered via reputable courier in a timely fashion. The problem was with the actual item ( pool heat pump-electric) did not work after it was installed. Try to complete the online warranty which was to be for a year only got 3 months. Called and got warranty as proper for a year, however now it was September and pool was closed. So now I'm in limbo to see if a technician will be able to get this working next spring. Who knows? Whether it will work or be covered by the warranty?
I purchased a Raypak heater for my salt water pool. I needed a particular model and was confident I had located it online, but figured I'd call just in case I could get someone helpful on the phone to confirm. I was amazed at the interest the sales team had in guiding me to the right purchase, talking through shipping expectations, and sending me a quote by email with a direct link to the ordering page. I had comfort in knowing (1) I was ordering the correct model, (2) the time frame in which it would arrive, and (3) the final cost including tax and shipping. And, with respect to cost, the price was 20-25% less than other sites and about 1/3 less than my local dealer tried to charge me. I will shop Pool Supply Unlimited first from now on!
The diving board and deck were delivered quickly and in good condition, Unfortunately the hardware required for attaching the diving board to the deck was missing. A claim has been filed and will hopefully be resolved quickly.
The items were in stock and order processed very fast. When I received the shipping confirmation I was concerned about the shipping method indicated. However both items showed ahead of schedule, very fast processing time. I cant say the same for competitors like POOL WEB, I'm still waiting on that shipment.
Great customer service over the phone my dealings with the gentleman who help me with the phone was very respectful, courteous, and very professional! It was a pleasure doing business with the gentleman!
It was my fault, I accidentally put the wrong address on the shipping information. I had to track the package down and I retrieved it. The product is the best thing I ever seen. Runs a lot better and with more power than any pool cleaner hooked up to a pool pump. It is exactly as described.
My purchase arrived early and we are already using our new pool heater after converting our chlorine pool to salt. It was easy to install my self after a run to Home depot for piping. Great experience.
I had a little bit of an issue with the delivery. Which happens from time to time. But they were understanding and the talked with me and the product showed up and was in good working order. And it did everything they claimed it would
