I looked everywhere scouring the internet for a 1994 hot spring heater, replacement elements. They had them! My customer called me and they were all stoked that their spa was hot again! ThAnk you for having the hard to find spa parts!
The product appears to be fine (as described). But when I tried to follow up to find out why it had not arrived yet, there is no way to talk to humans, and the promised response within 72 hours never came. It has now been almost 100 hours and two email inquiries... crickets.
The part we ordered was perfectly fine. I paid $500 for overnight delivery at noon on a Friday. Once the tracking information dropped in my email that evening, I noticed it said that it would be Tuesday afternoon before it would be delivered. I called to explain that I'd paid a lot of money for next day, not for it to take 4 days, so to change the shipping plan or refund something. The first guy I spoke with seemed to understand that 3 nights would not be considered overnight and said I'd get a refund for part of that outrageous fee. No refund came, so I called back about 3 weeks later and the guy said he'd look into it. Then I received an email that it was a weekend and Labor Day, so nothing ships on those days and that no refund would be provided. For $500, I could have driven to San Antonio and back faster than it was shipped. I also asked several questions in my follow-up email, none of which were responded to in the short, rude response I received. I don't know what company they use for shipping, because I received packages from FedEx and UPS that holiday weekend.
I needed replacement filter panels and ordered for will call pickup. Since the warehouse was closed for safety protocols, they said they would ship to me complimentary. I wanted to confirm that I would receive the order by a specific date, since I had a technician coming to work on the filter and pump. Not only did I get it in time, but it was personally dropped off the same day as the order by one of their workers. Thanks for going the extra mile for your customer!
The sales rep I worked with over the phone was great. Very patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Found the skimmer lid that fit. We even sent him photos of what we needed so he could be sure that he was offering the right part. Part shipped within a week when it was thought it would be several weeks. Certainly exceeded delivery expectations.
My husband is too old to clean the pool himself (age 79). It really has been wiping him out. Now that he's had the robotic cleaner, he is very happy. It does a great job and takes the burden off of him. Our pool still looks great!
Great pricing and awesome service very fast delivery. I ordered a gas pool heater first then realized another part was needed to complete the job called these guys up and the next day the power vent for the the pool heater was at my shop. Any pool supply can sell you parts what sets them apart is the service thank you.
Pool Supply Unlimited is 20 miles from my house. I called their number to inquire about buying a pool pump. Their phone system said they were too busy to answer the phone. I sent them a message through their web site asking if I could drive there and buy a pool pump or if they prefer to ship it. They ignored my question, but put my e-mail address on their Marketing e-mail list.
Finally, I just ordered it online since they pay for shipping. It took ten days to get here. There was no tracking information provided. The shipping company said that I had to be home between 9 a. M and noon to receive the pool pump. They arrived just before 1:00 p.m. I could have used that four hours to drive the twenty miles, buy the pump, go out to eat, and drive home if they had answered the phone or answered my e-mail ten days earlier.
I ordered a pool rail and grab bars for a pool remodel over the phone, and the sales person was super friendly and helpful. When my order arrived, one part was damaged so I refused delivery, and called customer service. I again got great customer service on my return and re-order. The new part came quickly and better packaged than the first one. If and when I need more items, I will definitely go to this supplier. Can't post photos as they're not installed yet.
I made my order about the time all U.S. states were starting their self quarantine, so it took about 3 weeks to be delivered by UPS, but a rep from Pool Supply Unlimited explained it would take a little longer. Once my sauna arrived it took me and two others about 11/2 hours to put together, the instructions were a little hard to understand but the youtube videos were a great help. My new sauna works great, Loving IT!
I received the items that I ordered so quickly that I was in shock. Not even sure how they got it to me so fast. Item was perfect. Exactly what I ordered and no damage during shipping. A great price to boot. Doesn't get any better than that. I would highly recommend this company.
This was a great deal for my new Salt Generator. The customer service even called me to ensure that I had the correct version of the computer program so that the new salt generator was compatible. They could have easily just sent the one I ordered but took the extra time to call and make sure that I was getting the right product for my system. These guys are solid in every respect. I appreciate the direct feedback, when I've asked sbout efficacy of products. Whenever I've ordered, I get delivery within a day or two. Prices are excellent. They have earned being the place I'll buy every time from now on.

The pool tile arrived fairly quickly and was the correct color. The only issue is that it was packed in a box full of the packing peanuts and they were stuck to everything and blew all over the place when we opened the box. I wish they could come up with a better packing method. The cost to ship it was very a bit high also. I will use them again.
While I feel it was bit overpriced, the Color Splash XG Series spa light installed fairly easily in my old existing spa niche/socket. It easily connected to my junction box. The colors are full & clear.
As for splicing & pulling the 100' cord thru the conduit, tie each of the 3 wires together individually (I recommend a square knot as it tightens when pulled on) and tuck the tied wires back into the wire casing as best as you can. Then use electrical tape to secure and streamline the splice as much as you can. (see photo) WD-40 spay also helped the splice slide thru the conduit.

They are fast and their prices are competitive. Their customer service dept is outstanding. I had an issue with something that was damaged in transit. They addressed the issue quickly and resolved it. I would recommend them and will continue to purchase my pool supplies from them.
Everything arrived and appears to be working. I've just been running it manually for now. Generally it is working great, but during it's 2 hour cycle, it doesn't seem to cover every inch of the pool. I'm still trying to figure out how it calculates coverage. Seems to be random for the most part. It doesn't suck up dirt is some of the corners.
Answer: Is apparently a legit company, but does have sleazy business practices. They charge your credit card even if they do not have the merchandise, or even know when it will be available. After cancelling order because of this, I am STILL waiting for refund. I believe that is fraudulent behavior!
