I, too, unfortunately did not research before starting business with these frauds. All their products appear fake and I doubt it's a real auction at all - I saw what appeared to be glitches in software. I had to have my credit card cancelled and have multiple transactions in dispute with my bank; I am going to try to dispute the shipping charges as well, as that's how I think they keep making money. Google playstore is working on removing their mobile app, as they also found some anomalies in addition to my report (which doesn't work well anyway - another red flag). Have reported them to the FTC. Will be reporting to other federal agencies, UPS, the Postmaster General, and the State of California, as that is where there merchandise is sent from, and to anybody else who will listen.

What tipped me off was an inadequate response when I tried to track an expensive purchase - either the link or the tracking number was bad but I kept getting the same canned responses from customer "support." Phone calls went to voicemail. When I threatened to report them for credit card fraud they responded IMMEDIATELY, but the response was still inadequate.

The advertised 4.18 CTTW 14K orange topaz earrings that I paid $185 arrived quickly but looks like a $20-custom plastic jewelry. There was no luster even when I took a picture with lots of lights. Topaz stones are supposed to be good reflector of light. My nail polish with a plastic diamond gem reflects more lights than the cheap-looking centerpiece of this pair of earrings. The picture of what PoliceAuctions.com advertised and the picture of what I received are both attached for comparison. The stem of the earrings are also short and too thin and the pushback lock is too small that makes it hard to handle between my thumb and index fingers, thus, it's time consuming to put the lock. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I bought it to give to my mom as a gift, but now I don't think I should give it to her because she will have a hard time to put it on, aside from it looks like a cheap costume jewelry. Unfortunately, I have an overseas flight and have no time to deal with return process. Lesson learned.

My husband and I purchased 2-diamond rings for over 400.00. Then we took the to a jewelry store that has an excellent reputation and has been on business for over 100 years in the same state and location. These are the jewelers exact words " I hope you didnt pay more than 50.00 for both rings together, because these are pure garbage and totalling worthless". Then the jeweler apologized to us for us being ripped off and even gave us a coupon telling us that wont happen to us next time just come to him. BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUDGALENT LIERS AND SCAMMERS. Write to consumer affairs...

The service team resolved my issue within one day after making a purchase I realised I did not want.

I won this; topaz very very dark, almost black. My jeweler assured me that this was NOT worth 1600. 00; more like 100.00. With that being said, I will NEVER USE this site AGAIN.

I have been auctioning on this website for over 3 years. I bought 25 pieces of Jewelries and collectible items. The Jewelries are gorgeous! The designs and qualities are impecable! The price I won the bids are worthy for my time. The price and quality are way much better than non gold, silver Jewelries at Macy's.(The only thing I wish the shipping is not $12.95 for each item. Add it in a ring is stiff. Post office priority mail including $50 insurance for small box costed $8.95)
I read about negative comments from other reviews sites but I have never had a bad experience. First of all, reviewer said they are fake jewelries as their jeweler said. Please read the item description before you bid. They are very honest and detailed descriptions such as. Main material is sterling silver, rhodium plate. Ruby treated with dye and heated ect. I recently just bought another10 more pieces of Jewelries a few days ago as Birthday and Christmas gifts. I am extremely pleased, happy and satisfied! They delivered in beautiful, well packed jewelry boxes and exactly as they was shown on the web even more beautiful in my hand. Most of all, customer service is outstanding! Any request or concern sent via support, it solved in a heartbeat even in the weekend! Great communication! Transaction, I have never had any problem paid via Paypal! The refund is fast!
