I've been scammed! $#*! you policeauctions.com!
I will attempt to retrieve my money through my bank.
They need a big fat 0 rating!
Not a real police auction. Selling fake junk. Got a ring nothing like the picture. It is like one from a quarter machine but i paid 100 buck
Has nothing to do with the "Police". All items are cheap, low quality items. Misrepresentation. Cheats
I was satisfied with my purchase. How ever i think the shipping should be free. Don't think I'll be making to many more.
Beware of this site, it's junk jewelry only worth about 10% of what they sell.
Beware Beware Beware
1 star too many...
Watch out don't get scammed...
FBI SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS SITE
It uses the word "police" in their url and also shop. Which us misleading and fraudulent.
Down with this side
The site stated the bracelet was gold and ruby. It is costume jewelry. I am going to report to the consumer watchdog. Tophatter much better.
I agree. I have bought some lovely jewellery off them. I dont think people read the whole description of the items they buy.
Looks nice its supposed to be 14k gold with black diamonds but I'm not to sure about that but I'm happy enough
Won a bid on a ring for $23, saying the ring was worth $1200. 00. Took it to get appraisal and the man told me it was worth a dollar. NOT HAPPY!
PLEASE DONT READ AND BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I PURCHASED 20 RINGS AND 10 WATCHES AND ALL FAKE. PLEASE DONT BUY 1 ITEM... DONT WANT TO HAVE TO SAY I TOLD YOU SO..
The price of what is sold on the web page is very false. It's not true. If you bid, the robot will bid for it.
Stone fell out of ring the first time I wore it. The stone is lost. This ring is useless at this point.
I haven't received my orders yet... you can have my money... but you will reap what you sow... I will report you to Australian authority. To get you
The items are not what they say they are plus the read ups on the items are 100% wrong and misleading
Before reading further, I suggest removing all expensive and/or breakable items from within reach, emptying your bladder, and making sure no children are within four blocks earshot. You're about to embark on what's going to be one hell-of-a memorable curse-fest. The world is a cruel and unfair place I tell you.
So, let's begin. If you're here after already making a purchase, you've been scammed. What's that? You got a sweet deal? Like I said, you've been scammed.
That's right, let it out so I can hear you from where I sit.
I don't know why I strayed to this site when reputable options with buyer protection and working customer service are available.
Live and learn.
For one, the item I purchased was way over-priced-my own fault-yet the description of the item was so utterly deceiving, I'm sure these folks have degrees in psychological mind-seduction (the nicer cousin of mind-phuk). The return policy is horrendous, you have to call them within seven days for RMA# yet they don't answer their phone for 6 1/2 of those 7 days!
Oh, and did I mention the 15% restocking fee if you manage to send it back? Think about it like this, if they scam 100 people with fancy pictures who then send the cheap item back at their own expense, policeauctions makes a profit by doing nothing! Their bottom line has been increased by your "restocking fee" payment and they can reuse the item to scam the next buyer.
Live and learn.
I should add that the small writing in the terms and conditions states, that unless you accept and pay for an "upgraded" account, you will not have access to "government listings". This basically means you're bidding on items from regular folks who want to deceive you.
Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable site, because if it's too good to be true...
Caveat emptor
Thank God I read the reviews before submitting my card information. I tried calling the CSR number and it was not a valid number
Sounds like Bidtowin.com.au
Outbids you, ie; staff, i heard, then steals your money, you bid?
Liars bloody theives,!
The will rip you off, total scam. Mothe$#*!ers. Just fake.
Son mas falsos q falsos. Me robaroni dinero... hijos de putas. No sirven... solo dedeo q se haga lo justo y ya, well icups
Answer: No. Don't waste your money on this fraudelent site.
Answer: I'm reading terrible reviews where people are saying they had jewelry appraised and they are worthless. When you say something is fold or diamonds is that true because I'll send all 7 of my items back if not. You can't deceive or lie to people.
Answer: No you are not getting what you think. They are fake jewelry send back
Answer: Shipping is not free. It has cost somewhere around $9 to ship items but my items were small. The bigger they are, the more expensive the shipping cost.
