POF, DELETED MY PROFILE WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON FOR THEIR ACTIONS! I MADE SURE THAT I WAS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THEIR RULES AND REGULATIONS. HOWEVER, MY ACCOUNT WAS STILLED REMOVED...

POF HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REASON FOR MY ACCOUNT DELETION FOR MONTHS. HOWEVER, WHEN I DO GET AN EMAIL RESPONSE I AM NOT GIVEN A REASON FOR THE DELETION.

This website is a FRAUD. FAKE profiles. CATFISHING galore! They stole my pics and info from my website to create a fake profile. I have attempted to contact them to get my pics removed but NO RESPONSE. BEWARE USERS! What you are seeing on line is NOT what you are getting. USING MY STOLEN PICS!

THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES NOT LETTING YOU SIGN IN WITHOUT A LOT OF VERSIFICATION AS IF THEY WERE YOUR BANK. A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. THE WORST HACKERS AND SCUM BAGS

I can't stand the fact that I don't have an option anymore to block people, I could only report and that doesn't even work. I have this looser that just because he is not my type and I ignored him, now he has become a cyber bully and a internet stalker.He is sending me bullying messages, harrasses me, intimidates me and even sent me viruses to the point that when I go to open his profile to report him it takes me to a page that literally says is viruses. This looser makes fake accounts just to harrass me therefore he has also become a internet stalker.If the option to block someone is only through a member account meaning for me to pay, this website is not worth my money and I will go on every POF page there is to make sure my report is seen. I think reporting someone as I have reported this pathetic pest is not even working because he still harrasses and is becoming annoying. Make a change POF and allow everyone to block or this could become a legal issue and a lawsuit for your website.

Why one star?
Well firstly I am male looking for a relationship with a female. Firstly you are immediately judged on how you look (ok initial impressions count) however the women DON'T read your profiles, don't seem to take an interest, and will either ask you dull questions (to which IF they read your profile would know the answer to) or instantly block you for saying hi!

If you do get one that doesn't block you instantly your message will fall into one of two categories:
-I will read and reply but only talk to you to tell you I'm not looking for anything serious right now/I don't know what I want.
OR
- I won't reply to you because I am so shallow as a person, and I am waiting for Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds or some Hollywood looking hunk to message me and yeah you look like trash so go away!

It just seems like people on this site, the women, are always complaining about getting pictures or sexual related questioning about hookups, moaning about it and how they are trying to find a decent guy, yet when one does come along, they moan about how they don't know what they want or just instantly not give you a chance (no matter HOW much you have in common on your profiles or if you share the same outlook on things).

This site is a joke, and the joke is revealed soonest in the "Meet Me" section. Apparently, a "young" lady about a half hour away from me came up on the "Meet Me" list. I received an email from POF telling me this member wants to meet me (this means they hit the 'Yes' button on a 'would you like to meet this person' list, which runs various pics of members past you, giving the choices of yes, no or maybe). She was very attractive, so I sent a short message, complimenting her on her short little hairdo, which I found sexy, and said so. Ten minutes later, I receive a message from this woman, saying she finds my sideburns (I have a pair of Wolverine-style chops) "very unattractive", and she's uninterested, "sorry... have a nice day". Does this sound like someone who wants to meet?!? I never knew POF was/is a scam, mostly because it catered to actual dating, as opposed to sex personals, but this is solid proof. Must ALL these damn sites be corrupt? Why don't some or any just (wait for it)... RUN IT LEGITIMATELY?
Whoever figures this out will most likely make a fortune in the long haul. The ONLY site I've found that's mostly legit is AFF, even though you'll occasionally see fake profiles/flirts/hotlisting. However, the attitude of these "women", at least in Florida, is rude, insulting and often hostile. Draw your own conclusions, folks...

This site suck. I have used it on and off. I have never got any messages sent to me. No women on here that I message messages me back. This site sends me all the wrong kind of uses to me as matches that think I would like. They don't send me matches base on my match filter settings. I never get a membership here because the memberships are too expensive. This site is not worth your time. When I search for matches base on my filter setting I get a list of women to choose from. When I search again with the same filter settings I get the same women. Even when I wait a couple of days and search again. This site also keeps sending me a message for an event that is happening at a bar miles from where I live. I keep getting the same message for a Plenty of Fish event happening at a bar miles away from where I live. I never get a message from about a Plenty of Fish event happing at a bar in the city I live in. Which is a big city. So there should be at least on Plenty of Fish event happening at a bar in the city that I live in.

I hope this is useful! My most significant experiences are that I met a nice bi-girl who turn out not so covertly hostile nor could she ever talk about 'us' AT ALL!. She is a psychological counselor. I also met a total dud. Most everyone said they wanted a real & honest man, AND they were themselves game players, always with demands, expectations & drama. The holy cow of dating sites is women members (real or not). (On PoF) If you're not politically correct, nor suck it up & nor let women get by with (emotional) 'murder' & be 'energy vampires', you are hindered in your search options & can only see women who are a "few pounds overweight" (FAT), nor can you ever search for those 15 years or more younger than you. It's a game that's stacked up against you here & in every aspect of life (in the USA). And with biometrics (which they sell for mega-bucks) they know ALL sorts of UNGODLY things about you that you can't even imagine. Think they, facebook or whoever wouldn't sell your biometrics info to anybody like the NSA (National Security Administration), the CIA, Homeland Security. Just typing these words (or speaking them on the phone) means you are under surveillance & the worlds nations know that, but you don't? If you get happily married or in a relationship, dating sites go out of (big) business/collapse. Help America stay strong & stay single & unattached. World peace & planetary survival depends on it. Btw, in a flaming war, she always wins, & you always lose! It's all about economics & equality, just more equality for some that are special than others, like you dude. Get use to it.

Numerous amount of women dont respond. They lie about themselves online. You meet up with someone and everything turns into a disaster. I mean what is up with this? You cant meetup with someone and when you do. Women make up lies/excuses to make you not bother no more. I have 3 jobs to do. Yeah and look what you do on your spare time. Going down to a city and lie about what you do. Some of the girls are not pretty. Some of them are iffy. When you do meet someone, make sure they are legit. If they arent. Then skip all the meets with them. There are transgenders on there now. You cant tell who is on there. Most of the guys and girls have serious hookup or relationship issues. The one thing to include is this, you dont buy a toy defective from a store. You just dont. That's what this site is a defective worthless waste of time searching for love. Some people have been able to get good results. Some just dont have luck at all. It's really up to you to make the best of the site and try to find someone for you. Even if you bang your head up against a wall to to get this site working for you, good luck. I am sorry for all the people that have been having problems finding someone.
