I purchased a swimsuit from Plumeria, see photo, and when it arrived I was unsatisfied because the top had a flat wire bar for support and it didn't conform to my body because it was so stiff and hard to move. Even when I tried to conform it, it wouldn't stay where I put it. I reached out and requested a return. To my surprise, it cost $15.25 to ship it back internationally to Turkey from Las Vegas, Nevada. The purchase was only $35 to begin with so I lost $15 for essentially trying on an item. Whats worse is they told me AFTER I shipped it and complained about the high cost to return that I could go ahead and keep the item but it was already sent by that point and they knew this. It would've been helpful if I had been told that when I requested the return... its not like they didn't know that I was from the US, the entire returns process is done via back and forth email where they request photos prior to providing you the return address in Turkey, see attached photo. It also would've been helpful if there were more reviews on items readily available so that I could've got a better idea on the item to begin with prior to making the purchase.
After strictly following their return guidelines & paying over $50 in shipping costs I have not received my refund. Its been two months since they accepted my fed-ex return. They do not answer any of my emails inquiring about the status of my return and a phone number does not exist for this company.
Its really a shame, because their suits are beautiful and i would have love to continue doing business with them.
Additionally, the money was charged to my card the same day i placed the order on line, but the merchandise didn't ship till a month later.
Again, I didnt mind waiting for my suits. I just wish the customer service was better so i could consider ordering again.
I am pleased with the arrival of beautiful swimwear from Plumeria. Just felt disappointed as I dint pick the right size. Not a prob. Customer service is fantabulous and they cleared the issue in no time
I found this company on Instagram and I was blown away by how beautiful their bathing suits were. So I went on their website and ordered two suits. We had some miscommunication in the beginning. My suits came in with one bottom significantly smaller than the other. I mentioned to them about the situation, and they were willing to send me a right one without any trouble. They even covered the shipping cost. I would recommend this company who wants to have a cute swimsuit for their summer holidays. The design is sexy, the color is vibrant, great material and if you order the right size, the material doesn't cut into your skin and create unwanted muffin top.
I order online frequently. I have to be honest I was hesitant to order because of the reviews... I read quite a few stating poor shipping and small sizes. I ordered the trouble in paradise suite Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend with the free shipping code and received it today just one week later (over a holiday weekend). The company is easy to talk to with the online message system. Also, they have size charts for every suit that you can easily follow to get the right size. LOVE!
First of all, it took around three weeks for me to receive it. Then when I finally got it, it was cute but didn't fit. That part wasnt the problem. What is the problem is that I chose to return it considering I didn't like the fit. It's been 2 months since I've returned it and NOTHING. I have not received a refund in two months! And to top it off, whenever I email their customer service they either ignore my emails, or reply to my first email asking how they can help, and when I tell them what I need help with they never reply. Literally avoiding me to refuse my return. Not happy. Will not repurchase ever again.

I bought my bikinis from Plumeria two weeks ago and the products fit me perfectly. I also wanted to mention that the CSS people are also great. They always try their best to help us. Highly recommended company!
After reading my first review, the actual owner of the company reached out to me not only to apologize but to try and get the item to me at my vacation destination. I was completely blown away by the level of desire that the owner of Plumeria had to make this right! It isn't everyday that a company actually steps up to do the right thing and it was truly a breath of fresh air! While mistakes in any business will take place, Plumeria owned the mistake and did all that they could to rectify the situation. I will gladly do business with them anytime! Thanks Plumeria!
Plumeria does have some good items that are unique and well priced. That's the good news.
Here's the bad news...
This company has absolutely ZERO concept of what good customer service is. My order, placed in early February, arrived on time. My wife loved a couple of the two-piece swimsuits that I had picked out but needed an exchange on one of the tops. Simple right? Wrong.
After a 45 minute online chat to approve the exchange and explain the process, i was finally able to get the exchange started. 45 minutes for this? The reason is that they have no ability to field a phone call. I asked that they call me and the representative said "we don't have phones" to which I replied "everyone has a phone, you could call if you wanted to but are choosing not to."
I FedExed the exchange to plumeria and it was delivered to them on Feb 23rd, plenty of time to get the exchanged item to me by March 6th, when we needed it. I contacted plumeria on Feb 28th because I had not heard anything from them regarding the return. They had no idea where the package was! After trading emails (again because they don't believe in a customer service phone line), they did find the package. I explained to the person helping me, Joan, that we absolutely needed the exchange by March 6th. It took me asking her three times before she even addressed this aspect. She explained that I would have to pay $10 additional shipping, whatever, I just wanted the product on time and Joan said it would be here. I finally get a shipping notification and the package will not be here until a day or two after I expressly said I needed it.
I feel for the owner of Plumeria. In reading about her, she sounds like she wants to build a great company. It's too bad the people she has as the "face" of the company have zero desire to provide any kind of customer service! I hope, for the owner's sake, they fix this. With so many options for apparel, I will go to a company that value's their customer's and provides basic customer service.
I was disappointed with the top I got— it was a different color than I saw on the model— so when I got an email a few days later to write a review, I vented a bit about the color. I was contacted within the hour about what was wrong and how they could make it better. After a few email exchanges, they decided to send me a whole new bikini set and I had a notification of shipment before the of the day. The new suit came and it looks fantastic!

The bathing suits are very poorly made. They take so long to ship that if you want to return it- you can't because it's past the 14 day window- that's a part of their return policy. Not 30 days... 14. That sounds purposeful to screw you over to me.
Beware if you are not sure of your size. I originally ordered a medium top and it wasn't quite right (a bit big), so I asked to exchange for a small. To send the top back to exchange it out would have cost me $90 USD, and the top was $35, so not sure how they think they can do business with customers in the US. I was left with a top too big and bathing suit that doesn't work, so due to the inconvenience of shipping overseas I will be eating the cost and looking elsewhere. Too bad, as the suit had potential!
I can't give 5 stars because i couldn't get the sizes I wanted, but Joan was beyond what I expected from any company these days. She emailed me and kept in contact until it was resolved. No 800#s or waiting on hold or re-explaining. She just made it so.

I ordered a beautiful suit that was just not the right coverage for my taste and when I decided to return it the customer support was fantastic! They allowed me more time for the return (I am in USA and it had to be returned to Turkey) to accommodate slower pandemic shipping times, and they were so helpful and generous in refunding my purchase. I will be shopping with them in the future!
I got numerous lingeries from this shop, since it's the first that has decent unmentionables that fit and have great quality. And the important part is: they survive in the laundry on the off chance that you place them into one of these defensive sacks.

Love the way the bikini fit! I had accidentally ordered the wrong size bottoms after I placed my order, but emailed Plumeria immediately after. They got back to me super fast and changed my order to the correct size! Great customer service and super cute bikinis! Will definitely be shopping with them again!
No way! How I got this gorgeous swimsuit for a fair price? The Swimsuit I asked at Shopping Mall they said 300 plus bucks, but here I paid only $173 which is incredible. Almost same quality, design and the only change is color, but I like it. Thank you Plu <3
Plumeria has great customer service! Unfortunately the first time I ordered the bikini's they did not make it to my house and (I believe it was bc of COVID). Plumeria gave me a full refund. So I really liked the bikinis and tried again. Well this time I didn't receive the package so I emailed them and they emailed me right away showed me where my package was. Once again great customer service! I was able to find my bikini finally and it's stunning! Absolutely recommend them!
