I've bought many times here and I never wrote a review for them so here is my experience with Plumeria Swimwear. In 2018, for the first time I placed an order after hearing a good review from my friend. I am a person who usually go with big brands and I ignore new brand which pops up in social network ads but Plumeria changed my mentality. Their Bikini and Swimsuit collection is the best and amazing quality. No doubt, I am going to continue purchasing from this beautiful site.
Ordered the lime green "trouble in paradise" suit... didn't know what to expect and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Ordered two more colors immediately after! I am a US size 1 and ordered small top and bottom, fits perfectly. Arrived in a nice box with a return slip attached and ready to go (option to return or exchange). They make it easy! Also, plenty of sales and coupon codes work on sale items as well. Got both swimsuits for $60. Not bad for good quality and trendy suits.
Despite the other comments on here, I actually had a wonderful experience and love my bikini! Yes, they do run a bit small, but it is very clearly stated on the listing. My bathing suit is great quality and I got a lot of compliments. Shipping was also amazingly fast considering mine was shipped from Istanbul. I highly recommend Plumeria and will be a repeat buyer.
Horrible customer service! I was charged customs which came out to half the price of the swimsuit. I am fully aware that customs is not Plumeria's fault however, I asked if I could refuse the package and have it sent back but they would not let me or provide me with any other alternative. Very unprofessional and poor customer experience!
If I'm honest, this online lingerie store is the best thing I've come across in quite some time! I've been having difficulties finding bras that would look flattering on my body type. Now that I've found this gem of a store, I'm never going back to shopping for lingerie the traditional way!
There was an issue with my first order due to a stocking error and I was very dissapointed the time I wanted was not available in a timely manner. The customer service team were however excellent and not only did they fully refund me but then they actually sent me the bikini I had originally ordered free of charge as an apology for the original stocking mistake which was very generous and appreciated. Although I didn't get it in time for the trip I originally bought it for, I really look forward to wearing it on my next vacation. I would recommend Plumeria for their honesty and helpfulness and the product itself is also really lovely.

The quality was amazing & shipping time was surprisingly quick. I got them within a week or less from the order date.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size top in one of the suits and emailed for help and return/exchange options. They emailed me back with full information just a day later.
I will definitely be ordering from this site again and recommend it to anyone looking to order bikinis online.

It seems my gf have seen Plumeria Swimwear`s Instagram account. She was impressed with some snaps and messaged me over skype and i went through site and ordered her fav color lingerie. I am surprised with material it looks so good.
I ordered a swimsuit, but Fed Ex lost it once it reached my home town. I contacted Plumeria and they promptly investigated the problem and mailed another swimsuit. I received it even faster than the first order was taking. I am very impressed with their customer service! Also, the suit is very pretty... its just a bit smaller on the rear coverage than I was expecting, but nothing a little extra sun exposure won't fix.:-)
Good suits for a good price. Yes, shipping is expensive, but they post coupon codes for 50% on their instagram all the time, so it evens out. I own 3 suits now. It took a while to figure out the pricing (I'm a large in top and bottom when i'm usually s/m) but the sizes are consistent so at least there's that.
I took advantage of their 50% off flash sale from Instagram. I don't really have complaints from a shipping perspective and i live in Australia. But the returns/exchange seems a little sketchy? I need an exchange with one of the two suits i ordered as the top is too big and the bottom too small. Their site also says "out of stock" for this suit. I have been trying to find out whether or not the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return as well as then the shipping back out? If that's the case it will cost me more than i paid for the suit itself.
Also returns form says it is to be shipped to the U. S but it comes from Turkey? Super confused. Anyone had experience with shipping a return. Do i not bother and try to sell it on Ebay instead?
We purchased 6 items from Plumeria over the past few months. The quality and price are unbeatable, plus the customer service was incredible. Packages arrived in 2-3 days from overseas via FedEx in perfect condition. Sizes are accurate ---- We are waiting for a new print to buy more items! Thanks to Joan for her hard work.
Worst people to deal with. Not worth a penny. Run away. Their customer service is so horrible it's really not worth the headache. As you can see they hav horrible reviews, I should have stayed away from the start.
I ordered the Velvet Coral 'trouble in paradise' and the Blue 'Lisa' one piece. Both in medium and they fit me perfect, I'm petite build and wear size 8-10 AU clothes. The Velvet Coral bikini is beautiful and very flattering, makes my boobs look great! I had a problem with the first order of the Lisa one piece however Plumeria responded immediately and replaced the item. AWESOME. So happy with the quality of the swimsuits and also with the responsiveness of the company. About to place another order. Would love to add a photo but it's dumping with cold rain in my home town south of Melbourne right now!
Took 2 months to get my swimsuit. There was no notification that anything was on back order. They just sent me a shipping notification and then didn't bother to send the item. When the swimsuit arrived, it was incredibly uncomfortable. I gave it to my friend and she could not wear it either. The package arrive and it was also missing half the items I ordered. Now going on month 3 waiting
I can't agree with any of these positive reviews. My order kept getting delayed and pushed back with no delivery date. None of the promised dates were kept and I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Worst customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.
Superb! Just recieved my suit! It was perfect everything described! It's rare you can find something for bigger chested women that are not overly raunchy with quality and class. Will absolutely purchase again. Please please make more for d/DD!
Ordered 3 bikinis which totaled $150 after using a promo code that the site itself advertised. None fit but the company won't issue a refund if you use a promo code. Total waste of money and they have almost no matching swim suit sets in stock so exchanging isn't even an option. When I tried to return for a credit to exchange, I was told shipping would cost at a minimum $45 through USPS.

I have seen Plumeria Swimwear Insta account when my friend shared her recent purchase. Immediately i ordered few lingeries, as expected product reached on time and the packaging is so good. It looks super gorgeous, nice color and the quality!
I purchased a swimsuit from Plumeria, see photo, and when it arrived I was unsatisfied because the top had a flat wire bar for support and it didn't conform to my body because it was so stiff and hard to move. Even when I tried to conform it, it wouldn't stay where I put it. I reached out and requested a return. To my surprise, it cost $15.25 to ship it back internationally to Turkey from Las Vegas, Nevada. The purchase was only $35 to begin with so I lost $15 for essentially trying on an item. Whats worse is they told me AFTER I shipped it and complained about the high cost to return that I could go ahead and keep the item but it was already sent by that point and they knew this. It would've been helpful if I had been told that when I requested the return... its not like they didn't know that I was from the US, the entire returns process is done via back and forth email where they request photos prior to providing you the return address in Turkey, see attached photo. It also would've been helpful if there were more reviews on items readily available so that I could've got a better idea on the item to begin with prior to making the purchase.
