Waiting for the shipment and did not come. Finally called and was told United Parcel lost it. It was never shipped. It was found and shipped overnight.
There was a delivery issue with my order. The tracking showed it was delivered, but I didn't receive the package. I called customer service and found out that my apt # was left off the delivery address. The woman I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful, and she sent out a replacement right away. That is what I call excellent customer service! On top of that, I love the in-counter soap dispenser that I purchased. Thank you!
