After placing my order, I was notified that there would be a delay and offered the chance to cancel. I was not in a hurry and able to wait. The item arrived well before the indicated delay date. I was glad that I waited and that Plumbtile had notified me and didn't keep me hanging. I would definitely do business with them again.

Placed an order on 10/27, received an email from Dawn telling me the order will take 18-22 weeks and it is non-returnable, non-cancellable. OK, I said proceed with the order. On Oct. 31 I get an email that it will be an extra $98 to ship my order (this is on a $1,000+ order). Unacceptable bait-and-switch ordering process. Avoid this seller and give your business to a company that doesn't use these tricks.

Don't know enough about the parts of brand and need to talk with supplier all time

I am buying something that may get thrown away because you had no size or dimension details on anything. Very disappointed in this. Nearly passed you up.

Their website is easy to navigate. My items were on back order but Plumbtile keep me informed on approximate shipping times. When items became available tracking was provided. Great company and I will continue using them. Thank you, Mark

Hard to review your services when I have only placed an order and not received anything yet. Overall it seems good though, if it all works out I could use the company again.

Beware, they have no interest in keeping customers, only making money while they can. After discussion regarding a part that does not fit per our discussion, and then trying to retire so to order a different one... This company not only does not provide shipping. It will not refund and charge a 25% restocking fee. Unbelievable. Especially during a time of online and non personable orders. They make no exceptions for the situations. Everybody else is going to make us exceptions except the business. Terrible. Do not do business with them. I'm sure it's from China anyway.

When I did a search on Google for the make & model faucet I wanted, your site came up with a list of others for the same price, AND a line that stated "Free shipping· No tax." When I went to check out, I was charged tax, so this was very much a bait & switch.

shopping experience was great. There were several new parts the manufacturer said I needed and they were not on the website since they were so new. I called and you guys were able to look them up and price them right away. I was sent an email with those parts added to my cart and was then able to go in through that email and add the rest of my items to the cart and get everything I needed at great prices. Can't wait to get everything and have it installed.

They didnt refund my money, i buy myson radiators from them, after a year one of them is leaking, we call the company and send the video to them, they saw the leakage, but they want us to send the radiator to Vermont store its about $400 shipping, or drive to there its about 5 hours, they see the video why they dont give me mr refund, nobody want to pay, either myson or plumtile, they dont care..

I ordered a Faucet on 05/06/2021. After 3 weeks the order status was still Processing. Plumbtile could not tell me shipping estimate date. Eventually I asked to cancel the order. After 8 days of cancelation I still has not received my refund. My two last messages are ignored. Now I have to open credit card dispute. Waste of time. My bathroom project was delayed for a month because of them.

It is hard to search for the faucets since you have to click on the different varieties first. I rather search within the whole selection. Thank you! Good selection though!

I was unhappy with customer service. When I had a problem with the faucet when it arrived, scratched, I had a hard time with the sales rep. Had to escalate it to a manager. I felt that the rep was belligerent. This was a big order. Two higher end fixtures. I spent a lot of money. I had to end up going to Graff to get this resolved. They had to intervene on my behalf. Plumbtile wanted to be cheap about shipping etc., with damaged fixtures.

Dawn is a wonderful to work with! She is the rare combination of warm, professional, and smart. Love this company.

Shipping took quite a long time, luckily we had to stop work due to COVID otherwise we would have received the products a month after we finished the job. we still have not installed them Im assuming we have everything we need but I cannot install them until June when they release some of the restrictions due to the customer not wanting people in their home at this time.

I had this item in my cart for a total with shipping of $400.21.
I was waiting for a call from CS and when I went to check out the cost had gone up to. $424.00. So I had to pay 24.00 more than the original quote. When I asked your CS to honor the cart price of $400.21 because I was waiting on a return call from CS. The agent said they would not honor the price that I originally quoted a few hours earlier.

I called the contractor line *******8180 and got hung up on twice. I would have purchased from another store but I am in a hurry to finish this job.

Price was comparable to other online sites. Free shipping clinched the purchase from plumbtile. Only problem was the site didn't show both a left hand and a right hand cylinder. I needed to use your chat line with Manual to verify and get the pt. No.

I have not received this order that was placed on June 1st. Have received no feedback or advisement of delay. Very disappointed in this transaction and would not do business with this company again. I hope to hear from them soon to help me resolve this issue.

I did buy from you again as the first time a few years ago went perfectly. The ability to find parts on your site is far better than many other sites. Your prices seem fair as well.
