My Ginger curved shower curtain rod, will not stay up. I have installed it according to directions. I sent an email to Plumbtile yesterday asking for help with this issue, I have not heard back.

Product was well priced, and arrived very quickly, even though I live on the east coast.
The sales tax doesn't show in the cart. Total for 2 items is $10.70 then the Grand Total was $11.02. Sales tax shows after you put in credit card and then you have agreed to whatever the total is by that time. Need a site "geek" to look into that.
Phone call resolved issue and purchase was made. Thanks for such great customer service. I will be purchasing from you again.

Price was slightly lower than other websites, delivery time was slightly longer (@ 2 weeks). Great value if you can afford to wait a few extra days.

Easy-best price on the product. Product was just what I wanted once I received the order. Shipping and delivery timing was a little confusing but worked out fine in the end

The delivered item is of wrong size. Too long. The ordered was 480 mm, the delivered is 559mm.
Please response and tell me what I should do. The return shipping cost will be more than $10.00.
