They are all happy and cheerful on the sales side, service, good luck! There phones do not work, finally got the piece shipped back, at my cost, minus 25% restocking, then I get an email saying it was used, I took it out of the box and looked at it and shipped it back. I'm done, they suck!
After placing my order, I was notified that there would be a delay and offered the chance to cancel. I was not in a hurry and able to wait. The item arrived well before the indicated delay date. I was glad that I waited and that Plumbtile had notified me and didn't keep me hanging. I would definitely do business with them again.
We ordered all of the hardware for our bathroom from Plumbtile.com. Ten days later we have received our order in perfect condition and ready for installation. Also, they have great Customer Service. After one week, I called to check on my order. The "rep" said she would follow-up... then, she did! I called back again with a product question and got the same voice... wow! By the end of the day, I received an email with Tracking number. And it arrived ahead of schedule.
Plumbtile had the best price BY FAR for this beautiful soap dispenser. Fast service too! I was very pleased with the entire experience from shoping online... ordering... delivery. I ordered 2 - they look amazing in my newly renovated master bath.
Ordered bathroom accessories and they shipped fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint was that one of the Alno towel bars we got didn't have the correct mounting template included so it was a little more difficult to install than the others. I would order from them again!
They match the Stone Forest base and sink I put in perfectly! They are very heavy duty and fit well in the "industrial decor" we have chosen for our powder room. They came within 2 weeks of ordering and had all necessary items to hang into drywall.
I purchased 20 Sugatsune - Knuckle Catches in White for some doors in my house that did not close completely. These catches did the trick inexpensively and I am very satisfied with the results. Plumbtile filled my order promptly and charged me no shipping even though I expected to pay. I would do business with them anytime again.

Replacing the old hose with the new went without a hitch. The drawn direction were very well done and helpful. I was impressed, the replacement hose was delivered only a few days after ordering and I had no problem installing it. Also a plastic sleeve about 3" long has been added right up were the hose flexes a lot and connects to the nozzle. This should reduce the hose bending at that point and reduce hose ware at that point. Now there are no leaks and the faucet works like new again. Quick and easy.
The website is laid out very well, so it was pretty easy to locate what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, and my items arrived in good time. Everything was packaged well, and was exactly what I expected. Great job you guys! Thank you!
I ordered some replacement parts near Thanksgiving. I did not get an automated confirmation of shipping so I sent them a note on a Sunday. I received an immediate response informing me that I person would check shipping on Monday. Early Monday a got a confirmation of ship date. The parts were received as promised. Great service!
Kitchen Face Lift: I'm horribly colorblind and lack any design skills. And that's where Tina comes in. I told her my issue from the start and she asked me one question. And the question was, what is the most important feature of my kitchen going to be? For me it was the granite counter top. Once we picked that out it was smooth sailing from there. She helped me with my sink, back splash and Schluter trim selection. She made every step easy and my kitchen now looks amazing!
Knuckle catches are a great solution to cabinets doors that want close completely. In side of my school where cabinets doors are opened excessively the catches are great. I would definitely make a purchase of this item again.

ORIGINAL: This is the only source I could find for the Myson heater hoses that didn't force buying the ball valves all over. ADDED: The economics of this are a mystery. I ordered from you but they shipped directly from Myson in Vermont. It seems to me that Myson could sell to the consumer at the same discounted price that you charge, and everybody wins (except Plumbtile). And your record-keeping seems to be suspect. I got an email notice that the order had shipped long after they had been delivered and my cats were back loving their warm spots next to the kick-space heaters in the kitchen. And it's now getting close to two months since the original order and you're just getting around to asking for feedback.
Ordered online a freestanding toilet paperholder from Plumbtile - description was good on their website. It arrived on time, was delivered as expected and in great condition. Love it!
