Plumbtile customer service has been exceptional on another recent order, from the looks of this shipment, I don't expect to need them for this.

I ordered this product on Nov 13th and did not get it until Nov 28th. I called and emailed twice asking if it had been shipped because I wanted to get it before Thanksgiving, we were redoing our bathroom for company, and although they did get back to me when I contacted them, they never got the product out the door until Nov 22nd. Finally got it yesterday.

Order has been "processing" forever, several phone calls, put on hold and then told "processing"

Would cancel order if there was a simple way even to do that

I wish you had informed me when the item shipped. No tracking number was provided until I asked you where was my item. You can definitely improved on this area.

I see there is an area for coupon code yet found no coupon. Would have liked to apply to first order. My overall experience with Plumbtile.com was pleasant. I was unable to purchase the item I wanted as it had gone disco, Plumbtile.com offered a few substitutes, from which I selected an almost exact matching product.

Easy experience. Hopefully our product will arrive timely and in good condition. Our mirrors arrived unbroken and were packed very securely. We have not hung them yet since we're having renovations done so our construction company is going to hang them for us. They look like they're going to work out perfectly for our Jack & Jill bathroom renovations.

Easy to find products and order. So much cheaper than anywhere else. Received product within a week of order. Pleased with packaging as items were well protected. Were exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. Sinks look great with the racks and are now protected. Thank you.

The delivered item is of wrong size. Too long. The ordered was 480 mm, the delivered is 559mm.
Please response and tell me what I should do. The return shipping cost will be more than $10.00.

We were having our bathroom remodeled and ordered a towel bar with glass shelf and one robe hook to match existing accessories. Both products were just as nice as they looked online and fit perfectly in the space. The only problem I had was deciding between all the choices!

The minimum processing fee for orders under $50 is very sneaky and most online businesses do not do business that way. If you were not one of the only people carrying what I needed I would have canceled my order.

I was very happy with the service. I looked all over for replacement hoses, and no one carried them not lowe's not home depot, they told me I had to replace the whole kitchen faucet. Thank you plumbtile. I will always do business with you. And recommend anyone if they ask me.
