Very professional service - notified me directly when the delivery time was going to be a bit longer, to confirm that I still wanted to place the order. The order then arrived ahead of their estimated date.
Follow up by customer service was not what I expected. Tracking need to be improved along with the way customers are informed of delivery schedule. Customer service representative was great and did follow up after call!
The first tile I bought was local and they ripped me off! Then I found it at your website and I saved a ton of money when I had to get extra. I have added your website to my favorites and will only shop for tile there. I could not be happier!
Handles arrived very rapidly and were just as advertised. The price was right and I am very satisfied.
One small issue was the handles came with screws that had to be cut down to size. As a DYI person, I did not have the tool to do this and needed to purchase the correct size screws before I could install. Suggest that you send orders with common screw length and maybe a few extra in longer length. Would have made the install perfect without an extra step.
Very good price, and refreshing to deal with a customer service that took the time to research and confirm my request that was a bit unique. I felt like I was dealing with another person and not a big company just reading tailored responses from a guidebook.

Quick, what i wanted, priced right, free shipping was unexpected but great! I wasn't aware of the extra charge for insurance/identity theft coverage at the time of ordering. Minimal charge and I could have probably got it refunded but just went with it. Would have been better if it had been an 'opt in' offer instead of an 'opt out' offer after I'd already paid.
There was a delivery issue with my order. The tracking showed it was delivered, but I didn't receive the package. I called customer service and found out that my apt # was left off the delivery address. The woman I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful, and she sent out a replacement right away. That is what I call excellent customer service! On top of that, I love the in-counter soap dispenser that I purchased. Thank you!
I just noticed after I click that at the end you added $9.99 for shipping, it weighs like 1 pound. Thats a ripoff and I don't use sites again when something like that happens.
I shopped around and Plumbtile gave me (by far) the best price. I did a live chat and found the product was in stock and would be delivered within a reasonable timeframe (Thanksgiving was an intervening event). The product arrived, and was as described. Very Good Experience, and would recommend to others.
Had to make a return and staff were very responsive and made the return and reorder of another product very easy. We are awaiting receipt of another faucet that will fit our bathroom sink for our purposes. Thank you for the excellent work here!
I have not received this order that was placed on June 1st. Have received no feedback or advisement of delay. Very disappointed in this transaction and would not do business with this company again. I hope to hear from them soon to help me resolve this issue.

The manufacturing company actually referred us to another company to order, but we happened across your ad in Amazon and clicked. We found exactly what we were looking for at a lower price than the manufacturer offered, lower than the company they referred us to, and even Amazon. We will definitely return to you for any plumbing needs.
The overall purchase experience was good and I received the exact part I needed. The issue I had was when I ordered, the site indicated that the item would arrive in 3-5 days (which I assumed since I bought from a West coast company). My faucet was damaged during some remodel work and I needed the valve to regain a working kitchen. After the item did not arrive in 5 days, I sent an email (on Sunday) asking for status, as the order confirmation page provided no ability to track the shipment. I received an email that the item was shipped Monday Morning, but would not arrive until the following Monday. It took two full weeks to receive a part with no communication of a delay or track status. If I knew it would take two weeks, I would have spent more $$ and ordered it directly from Delta.
Right product at the right price. Easy ordering. After ordering, I had not heard whether or not the item had shipped. I called their customer service number and a wonderful person looked up my order. She asked me to hold on the phone while she called the supplier. After a brief minute she was back on the phone with me to let me know the order would shipped out on the next day. Two days later the item arrived at my home. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
