GRRR-ATE good, fast service, I did have a concern, so I called customer service and got a message machine. For some companys that like a trash bin. Not so here, CS did a quick, fast call back within the hour and nicely addressed my question.

Purchasing on your website is more difficult than most. Whenever I clicked on the "Return to Shopping" button, I was returned to the Home Page rather than the place where I was when I selected "View Cart". This necessitated re-entering vendor information and remembering which page I found the next item I wanted to order. Thanks.
This product from Siro was of excellent quality. It is heavy, clean looking, and feels good to the touch. My home looks amazing with the addition of these cabinet handles and I received so many compliments from them. A small item like this made a huge impact on a look of a home. I love that it gave my home that contemporary, clean look.
The ordering process was great. Customer service was excellent. I called the 800 number and the service rep. Was profession, courteous, and very helpful.
Delivery was average. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, etc. It took about 8 days I think for me to receive these but it was worth the wait. I can live with that because Plumbtile's no hassle price was AMAZING compared to their competitors. Let me just say, I did order some of the same item from Plumbtile's competitor and it was such a negative experience for me. I would never purchase from (W*yf**r.com) again. I wished I would've found Plumbtile first.
Besides the delivery, the other thing that wasn't excellent for me was that the website didn't have the picture displayed for the item I wanted. I hesitated to buy them for weeks because of this. I finally did order only some just to make sure they were the correct item. After receiving the few that I ordered and ensuring that I like them, I put in an order for the rest of the handles that I need for my home. I can't wait for them to arrive.
Although I didn't give 5 stars for every category, I will definitely 100% buy again from Plumbtile. Overall, I give 4.5 stars.

Purchased pull-down hose for my 12 yr old Grohe kitchen faucet. No complaints with Plumbtile whatsoever, quick and professional delivery. It is a spare part so the price is what the price is, and is never for the actual part! Will keep them in mind for future similar needs.
Never heard back from CS on the question I emailed...went ahead and ordered the product anyway. It worked but it would have been excellent to have a simple question answered so I didn't have to "hope" that I ordered the right product.
