This is my first experience with plumbtile.com so I'm hoping to receive everything as it's been ordered.
Pricing was great and the website was easy to use and order the products needed.
I purchased 20 Sugatsune - Knuckle Catches in White for some doors in my house that did not close completely. These catches did the trick inexpensively and I am very satisfied with the results. Plumbtile filled my order promptly and charged me no shipping even though I expected to pay. I would do business with them anytime again.

Handles arrived very rapidly and were just as advertised. The price was right and I am very satisfied.
One small issue was the handles came with screws that had to be cut down to size. As a DYI person, I did not have the tool to do this and needed to purchase the correct size screws before I could install. Suggest that you send orders with common screw length and maybe a few extra in longer length. Would have made the install perfect without an extra step.
A beautiful piece of hardware at a very competitive price. The site was easy to maneuver through and the buying process was very easy.
I ordered some replacement parts near Thanksgiving. I did not get an automated confirmation of shipping so I sent them a note on a Sunday. I received an immediate response informing me that I person would check shipping on Monday. Early Monday a got a confirmation of ship date. The parts were received as promised. Great service!

Easy experience. Hopefully our product will arrive timely and in good condition. Our mirrors arrived unbroken and were packed very securely. We have not hung them yet since we're having renovations done so our construction company is going to hang them for us. They look like they're going to work out perfectly for our Jack & Jill bathroom renovations.
I ordered this product on Nov 13th and did not get it until Nov 28th. I called and emailed twice asking if it had been shipped because I wanted to get it before Thanksgiving, we were redoing our bathroom for company, and although they did get back to me when I contacted them, they never got the product out the door until Nov 22nd. Finally got it yesterday.
The website is laid out very well, so it was pretty easy to locate what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, and my items arrived in good time. Everything was packaged well, and was exactly what I expected. Great job you guys! Thank you!

I wish you had informed me when the item shipped. No tracking number was provided until I asked you where was my item. You can definitely improved on this area.
Kitchen Face Lift: I'm horribly colorblind and lack any design skills. And that's where Tina comes in. I told her my issue from the start and she asked me one question. And the question was, what is the most important feature of my kitchen going to be? For me it was the granite counter top. Once we picked that out it was smooth sailing from there. She helped me with my sink, back splash and Schluter trim selection. She made every step easy and my kitchen now looks amazing!
