I had placed an order in January and have yet to receive my order. I had to initiate contact to find out the delay. I was told the item was in back-order and will receive the item by the end of February. It is now March 10 and still haven't received my order. Again, no contact from PlumbersStock. I called them direct and was told the item was in back-order until the end of March. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will be recommending to all on social media to avoid PlumbersStock.

My experience with PlumbersStock was miserable from start to incredibly bizarre finish! I ordered a part on their site for $14.03 including shipping on 10/20, but when it hadn't shipped 8 days later I emailed them. They did respond, but gave no apology or explanation, just assured me it would ship in 24 hours. When it still hadn't shipped 3 days later, and the site still said the order was "Processing," I emailed them again. This time there was no answer, but I did finally receive it the next day. Sure enough, it was the wrong part! So I emailed them again, and to assure a quick and easy exchange, I gave them the exact catalog number for the part they sent me, and the model number it fits, which was one digit off from mine. Simple mistake, simple resolution, right? Nope, they did what so many companies do these days, make the return process so onerous they hope you will just give up!
They wanted me to send pics of the part, and the packaging! When I complained, they insisted it was their "Policy," but it was not stated anywhere in their published return policy! They also told me they would not pay the return shipping because "this falls under a regular return!" What!? They consider them making a blatant mistake a "regular return," like it was my fault?
Obviously I wasn't going to get anything close to a competent or professional outcome from this company, so I was forced to start a chargeback through my credit card, all this over $14! BTW, to this day the site still says my order is "Processing," and all the links on the page send me to a dead page. They can't even make sure their site works correctly! How in the world can a company be this incompetent and corrupt!
I finally received the part quickly and professional from their competitor. So I suggest anyone else do the same first, before they are forced to deal with the worst customer service on the planet!

Plumbers Stock sent me the wrong item in the picture and getting them to act was a nightmare. I've email several times with no response. I've called and all they said is we have to have from your email. They sent me a RMA# to return the product, however Fedex does not use RMA, so I have to drive home and make them give me a shipping label. I've followed several times for the status of my refund and had not luck. They do not care that my project is delayed and I cannot use my shower. They just sent generic responses. Run away from this company. The customer service was a joke and they pull a bait and switch. As you can see the other reviews for this company match my experience.

This company will send you broken fixtures than tell you you purchased shipping insurance and direct you a company that has no record of you or your order. You will go through weeks of this trying to get refunded and eventually you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid this seller or don't say you weren't warned. A total scam.

We received a product that had some shipping damage and submitted a request for reconciliation. Jake was very helpful and addressed concerns right away and ensured that a replacement was sent out the same day.

This company runs scams I am fairly certain. I input credit card and paid, the payment on my CC statement shows it went through fine. These guys called me and said my payment hadn't gone through and I needed to send a cashiers check or money order. Two ways that aren't easily refundable when/if the product arrives and isn't working. The price is a significantly lower price than elsewhere, assuming so people jump at the deal. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. All customer service people I spoke with were rude, and I am positive were in India. Thought they said they were in Utah. Not a chance. Beware!

Mistakenly ordered full circle pop up sprinkler heads. Have called several times and left message. Have emailed them. No response. Maybe they should stick to having a retail store and get out of the on line business.

Bought Jet & Well pumps from this website. I am highly impressed with the product quality and the best part was they provided me the quick delivery as per my request. Also, the cost was very reasonable. Thankyou Plumbers Stock.

At this point, shopping here is like second nature to me. There is plenty of bargains that I find here on plumbing equipment. I always look forward to making a purchase because I know the prices are fair and the delivery times are fairly quick.

So impressed with Plumbers Stock! This was the first time I used the site to order products needed for our remodel. Customer service was exceptional and we saved $$$ by ordering from them. Will definitely be using them again!

2 weeks after my order I gave up and asked for a refund. They told me 5 days for a refund and that a manager had to approve it. They never shipped my item so I'm not sure why an approval from upper management was required. This company has proven to me that there are still places out there that believe they can treat their customers however they want. I thought I was saving $5 on this item over the lowest ebay seller but now I wished I'd just paid the extra $5 since I'm going to have to do that anyway and 3 weeks later. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company even if they are the lowest priced.

This group has great customer service. After placing an order they advised me one of the items would be a few more days. I asked them to ship what they had so I could start a job. I was very pleased with their timely response to any of my queries. Definitely will do business with them again.

Ordered a faucet part early on a Thursday and was told the items was shipping out later that day so expected the item to come in by early to mid following week via standard shipping. When inquiring on its status the following Wednesday (6 days later), they (by email) simply said sorry and that it was shipping out later that day and that my card would than be charged. Fortunately found the part kit nearly an hours drive from me but still rendered the house without water for a week. Though they had the best online price, it was/is not worth the hassle if this is how they treat their customers. I inquired if they could ship out the item priority which should only run a couple dollars more than their standard rate but all they offered was expedited service at $32 (higher than the kit itself). In my opinion they should have accommodated my inconvenience and shipped it out promptly and save a customer but instead chose a lower path.

I was surprised when the UPS guy dropped off my package today. I just ordered it on Monday (todays Wednesday). I unpacked my order and everything was in one box! They must have a huge warehouse! This company is the real deal mckoy or however you say it. Order with confidence!

Recently ordered Watts Expansion Tank from them and we are very delighted by their services. I must appreciate the customer support techs as they were very responsive and helpful. Also the packaging of the tank was top notch. Thank you guys and keeping working like this.

I feel like PlumbersStock is a perfect example of quality over quantity. You can get most of the things they're selling at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. However, they have a larger selection and better prices for majority of their similar supplies. PlumbersStock is the more quality option here.
