I've been a vendor at Plimus for a few months. Since signing up with them I've put up with the following from them:
1) Horrible to nonexistent customer service, nobody ever answers the phone or emails.
2) Their fraud control is a joke. People get stolen and hacked cards though all the time, they verify like 2% of all orders
3) Payment schedule - they pay you once every 30 days if you're lucky. If you're unlucky they freeze your payments half a dozen times and you get your money 6 months later.
4) Fees - their fees are as much as 15% per transaction, some of - if not THE highest in the business.
5) While they're busy approving fraudulent orders of stolen credit card thieves, they are usually turning down legitimate orders from long time buyers, causing headaches and embarassment for everyone.
If you need more information about Plimus and want to read more reviews just do a google search for Plimus and you'll see exactly what kind of company they really are.
Would give them negative stars if I could. This site, whether they're going by Plimus or BlueSnap (a name change they decided on because Plimus was synonymous with ripoff all over the internet) is nothing but a pack of fraudsters. They have NO customer service whatsoever. The only way to deal with them is to open a fraud investigation with your credit card company.
DO NOT PURCHASE from these people! I purchased software from their website which I later was told by the software company they were selling illegally. They are selling for fake vendors and you can't get your money back from them. Avoid buying anything from this site.
I cancelled a subscription (visualead.com) with email confirmation from Plimus.and they continue to bill anyway. Refund process is a joke. They are now called "Bluesnap" so not sure WHO is repsonsible. Looks like I'll have to cancel my cc just to stop billing!
I have been caught by this Plimus mob, so beware. They promise a reply to e mails within 2 business days. RUBBISH. I have not had a reply to 4 emails in 2 weeks.Don't ask for a refund, you will not get it. Notice all of the threats about Credit Card Reversals, & all films were passed on by Noah from the Ark, they are so old, & only in Black & white. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.
Buyer beware and then some.
I got an email from them via Paypal complinig that my annual subscription (for I do not know what) of $1708. 08 was attempted sweveral tmes and failed. I now 'allegedly' owe $1069. 20.
I reported then to Paypal UK straight away, checked my account and changed my password.
I have no idea where this came from and I NEVER leave money sitting in my Paypal account.
The products do not work and they will not refund your money as promised. You have to fight thru your credit card company.
I paid Plimus $29.99 for a lifetime license to Preton Inksaver.
I bought a new computer now software won't work. And there's no help anywhere.
