I've been a vendor at Plimus for a few months. Since signing up with them I've put up with the following from them:
1) Horrible to nonexistent customer service, nobody ever answers the phone or emails.
2) Their fraud control is a joke. People get stolen and hacked cards though all the time, they verify like 2% of all orders
3) Payment schedule - they pay you once every 30 days if you're lucky. If you're unlucky they freeze your payments half a dozen times and you get your money 6 months later.
4) Fees - their fees are as much as 15% per transaction, some of - if not THE highest in the business.
5) While they're busy approving fraudulent orders of stolen credit card thieves, they are usually turning down legitimate orders from long time buyers, causing headaches and embarassment for everyone.
