They finally resolved my dispute case. After a 3 days delay, but guess what, I won't complain no more and I'm happy happy with the final results.

I purchased an account through Player Auctions and signed up for their Buyer Protection. The Seller of the account stole the account back and refused to work with myself or Player Auctions to refund the money or the account. I opened a ticket with Player Auctions and after 5 days of NO COMMUNICATION they sided with the non responsive buyer citing i had inadequate proof. I attached both pictures of myself trying to log into the account unsuccessfully, as well as emails from the non responsive seller.
Since i have no access to recovery accounts to this Game account there i nothing else i could do, PlayerAuctions will not uphold its protection and is scamming you.
I myself am hiring a legal advocate to see what can be done to open a case against them, if you have had similar happen to you i suggest doing the same.

However, we couldn't close the case in your favor because we didn't receive enough compelling evidence. Avoid using this platform. I was a buyer/seller on Playerauctions for 3 years until I realized how much of a fraud this website truly is. They advertise to be a "secure player to player marketplace", however that's not the case. The site is rampant with scammers and shady people. On top of that, their support was garbage, usually took at least 2 weeks just to get a reply to any submitted tickets and always an appaling response, never a solution to the issue at hand.

Bought an account from a seller on the site. I tried logging into the account using the details that were provided and the account didn't exist on Blizzard.com. I disputed the order, provided sufficient evidence of the account not existing and the seller refused to cooperate and reply in the messages, but the dispute gets favored to the seller. I submit a follow up support ticket in regards to the unfair resolution to the dispute and provide even more evidence. Only get one response from the support team that the disbursement is on hold to the seller, I try to contact the seller again, but they still ignore. Now It has been 2 weeks since I sent in the support ticket and have not received any other response. As well, I cancelled an order 5 days ago and I have not even received my refund from there.
I really don't understand why the customer service recently with Playerauctions has been so poor, I have tried literally every means of communication to try and get my refund, but no response or help at all. At this point this review is my last resort to either resolve these issues and get my refund from a seller that has literally scammed me and playerauctions are in favor of a scammer...

What do you mean I can't get a refund because I did not purchase insurance?. That is literally bullshit, I paid for an account which I did not receive. I never confirmed the order, I disputed it and Playerauctions decided to go in favor with the seller, rather than me when I provided the necessary proof, the seller said he would have taken a look into the issue, but neglects it as a whole, and you tell me that I cannot get a refund at all or playerauctions isn't going to do nothing about this?. Short version:
1) Sent Money via Skrill
2) Their system denied that money arrived
3) Contacted Skrill + Bank and confirmed that money was indeed sent/arrived
4) Contacted playerauctions support - was given a computer generated reply after 3 days that was COMPLETELY irrelevant.
5) Sent another message - No reply, it has been 1 week and all I got was 1 stupid reply which basically told me to pay twice
Long Version:
I tried to buy a league of legends account and I paid using Skrill.
The transaction on skrill went through YET playerauctions claimed that it failed. I contacted my bank and also skrill who both confirmed that the transaction did indeed happen and the money was sent so I do not know what is wrong on their side.
I contacted playerauctions support (which took me ages to find) to see what's up. I explained things clearly and supplemented it with proof. Took them 3 days to answer and the message that I got was ridiculous.
They did NOT even read my message and told me to make another payment using GoCoin...
Utterly disgusting, like heck I'm going to pay twice for something which I should have received the first time I paid. They won't even acknowledge my support ticket or even say a thing about the first payment.
Decided to post here because in 1 whole week I have only gotten 1 reply which was computer generated (EXACT same reply that Erwin T. Got) and totally irrelevant.
Would refrain from using, number of 1 star reviews is absurd and I am not the only one who has gotten his money ripped off by this disgusting site.

This company is absolute BS. I had an issue with them before that was posted about here. It was never resolved, and I regretted any attempts to do so.
My paypal claim failed, as I could not log onto the website do to being suspended and not being able to reinstate my account. When I finally did, all evidence of the order I had put was erased in the roughest way possible it seems, half the links on the website that are relevant to my account when I'm logged in lead to a 404error. I can't see my past messages (which hold proof of the transaction), can't see my past orders, or my reputation. Very strange that this is happening, and only to my account, after I've made the dispute to paypal long ago.
So essentially, I was scammed, then they covered up any proof of it, and are now ignoring me. You can see proof of my purchase from their response to my last post.

Bought an account for 80$, then my account got suspended for "suspicious activity" because my VPN started when I restarted my pc I guess, or something to do with what they called "inconsistent location". The order was cancelled, I never got the account, and all the money was lost. I've emailed and asked for a refund, even through PayPal, and the money has yet to be returned and I've yet to hear back a week later. Absolute scam, don't use.
The service on this website is hands down the worst experience I have ever had from any business. I recently purchased one of their products which advertised as "instant delivery" yet it has been almost 20+ hours and I have not received any information about my product and the 5+ emails I have sent their customer service have been completely ignored. I highly recommend not buying anything from their website as any attempts at help will just be ignored, and you will not receive your products that YOU buy at all. I still have no information on what I bought. The website is just a massive headache and not worth anything that you get.

Purchased a game account, worked fine for a month. Then the sellers used account recovery to reclaim the account. Luckily I purchased 1 year insurance with the account so filed a dispute. The outcome of the result is that they agree with the seller, who hasnt even said a word. The seller has a 90% positive feedback, with 10% being scammed in the same way. They just sell accounts and them reclaim afterwards and PlayerAuctions does nothing to help you, they even charge you extra for insurance that you cant even use for what you paid extra for! Would not recommend at all.

I checked on our logs and found out that the team handling this wasn't able to receive compelling evidence from you. Buying insurance still requires buyers to prove their claim in order to validate them and make the process fair to the sellers. In this way, the sellers rarely need to send anything because by turning over the game accounts to our system, and changing the email address to the buyer's preference, they have already delivered. Buyers are then given 72 hours to fully secure the account.
