Please stay away from PA at all cost. I submit the dispute and PA told me officially that if the seller do not response in 3 days, then the money will be automatically refunded. However, after three of no response by the seller, they closed the case and rule favor the seller. What a sad story.
I received multiple messages from the game publisher directly saying that the account was reclaimed by the original owner, which is exactly what PlayerAuctions is asking for. One of them is attached here. The other ones contain confidential information about the seller. However, their team completely ignored the valid evidences.

My whole negative experience with Player auctions customer service has changed.
I had an issue with an account I bought. Basically the guy who sold me the account recovered the account from me so I lost the account & the money I paid for the account. I opened a dispute about the situation and sadly lost the dispute even though I had evidence the account was recovered.
Playerauctions (Richard) reopened the case for me and sorted everything out within 2 days and I got my money back through my insurance! I must say my whole negative experience turned into a postive experience.

It was cut and dry. I paid for items, and they were never delivered. I asked for a refund, and was denied by the seller. The website said I needed to prove that I never received what I paid for in order to get my refund, which blows my $#*!ing mind. Was I to take a screenshot of my empty inventory? I'm guessing that the seller wasn't required to prove anything, and that it was entirely on me to prove what I had no evidence of. Plain and simple, this website is a $#*!ing scam, or at least a $#*!ing joke. This website endorses theft. Plain and simple.
Great P2P website. Been using it for years, definitely recommend it. Never been scammed or anything. Huge variety of games as well.

It certainly makes no sense whatsoever to "prioritize processing the order" since it is Impossible to see how PA could "process the order" without first ensuring that I had received the account information. Also, I had to start a dispute because of PA's slow and poor response, so there was no processing to be done. The comment that the so-called customer service reps had managed to respond is inane. They sent a canned response that did not even come close to addressing the issue. Since the seller was helpful and we resolved it independently, the order worked. If it hadn't been for that, I'd still be waiting.

The site is fine if there are no problems with a sale but trying to get a response from their so-called "customer service" if something goes wrong is unbelievable, You can die waiting for this to happen. I initially got a response that didn't work, told them it didn't work, posted numerous follow ups saying that nothing had worked, got no response at all, then finally got an email saying that PA was happy it had assisted me to resolve the issue--it hadn't--and could I please give them feedback. If the seller hadn't been so very nice, patient and helpful throughout it would still be unresolved.
I bought an account on the website one month ago. And after three weeks the seller hacked the gmail account he sold me and stole my account! Now my 4 hundred dollars just gone for nothing!!
I sent a ticket to PA, they said they will investigate my case, but I haven't got any response in a week now. Have sent a couple email asking the latest status ant got no reply at all....
I am super upset of getting scammed, and PA is totally helpless....

I was able to check and I'm sorry to inform you that the evidence you submitted wasn't enough, as the screenshots were subjective and didn't pinpoint the seller as the one responsible for the loss of the accounts. We usually require evidence in the form of a statement by the game publisher, letting you know that the account was recovered by the original owner.
Moreover, I also saw that you did not purchase an insurance for this order. I'm sorry but we cannot issue refunds for orders purchased without insurance.

Bought an account off this site, it was good for about a year not a full year, but still, anyways went to log into the account, and its password and everything has been changed on it, I got the security answers for the account when I first bought it, so I tried to recover it, but it was all nothing but wrong answers, I sent the evidence of not being able to recover the account that I bought off there website, and the dispute ended in the SELLERS favor no, not mine, but the seller, the seller who got my money again ill say MY MONEY, and the account, and I got nothing, if I were you look up another website to buy, because its safe to say playerauctions wont even bother helping you get your money back, needless to say I even bought the insurance and yet they went with the seller

I bought a runescape account off PA from "denisjchavez". He recovered the account after a week. After looking back at his feedback he has done this to others, but its hard to gauge as feedback doesn't seem to be able to be edited after it has already been submitted. So this guy has 99% seller rating, wow right? Wrong. After looking at all his feedback he clearly is reselling the same accounts. Hell he is selling the account he recovered off me right now! I put through a dispute and the process was absolute crap but i managed to get my refund. What i dont get is how a person like this can be continued to trade and scam on the site without being reprimanded by PA. Fix your damn site PA, let buyers/sellers edit feedback, because this guy would have 0% rating if every person he has probably traded with could edit their feedback rating.

We have been asking this for game account reclamation cases and a lot of our buyers are able to take advantage of their insurance this way. We also cannot provide support on how to go through a game publisher's dispute system as their policies change over time. UPDATE: You need to contact the publisher of the game where your purchased account is playable on (either through email or their dispute system; I'm sorry but we cannot provide support on this) and ask for the status of the account. I have been using playerauctions since 2011, and it's a great place to both sell and buy in game currency, items, or accounts. Using playerauctions I havent had to worry about getting scammed, or people trying to claim I didnt deliver whatever it was I was selling. I provided my proof confirm delivery and its simple as that. I see quite a few complaints here saying that playerauctions scam and so on due to certain things that are out of their control. Playerauctions is a Middle Man service, thats all it is so they can only handle things within their site. I have tried using other forums and things of that nature to sell or buy things, and 8/10 people that message you are scammers 100%. So, I use playerauctions, because I dont have to worry about all of that. I dont agree with the fees somewhat, but thats what we pay for peace of mind.

My disbursement time was 8 hours ago Now when i woke to check if my money was sent the site is now saying my money for a closed order is on. "Queued for immediate processing" and "Now being processed" like what? And no email response and i tried twitter no response either.

Probably the only secure and free of scammers site on the internet when it comes to purchases of online goods. I'm pretty shocked with the negative opinions but it's probably due to the fact that always that 1% that is dissatisfied shouts the loudest lol. Terrible site filled with scammers. 2 orders 'closed' and they make it so it doesn't show up on Paypal or HSBC. I will get my money back from them some way but don't put yourself in a situation like mine, just use somewhere else.
