Out of the nine reviews I can read on the seller that took the account back, four are negative and include something about "the account was taken back". But yah, it was me and not him who changed the email address. I stole my own account back that I purchased from him. He even said to me "the only way I can help you is if you edit the feedback you left me". Since your site and your employees won't help me, the buyer who got screwed over, but are literally doing nothing to the seller who clearly is not honest and not running an honest business selling accounts. The original account I purchased had Arturo as the account name, the photo I sent you showed the guy with the email starting with Arturo stole, 100% stole the account back from me, so clearly it's either the seller or the seller stole the account from Arturo then sold it to me. It's ok, there is a reason on site jabber there are 342 one star reviews of playerauctions. That right there tells the whole story. You have almost one third of all reviews as one star, that's insane. I see why now. I wish I would have seen this website prior to the purchase.

I purchased a GTA V Online account from a player. It said you can change all account details to yourself and you'll have zero issues. Fast forward about two months and magically the account is changed back to the original owner. I of course changed the feedback on the seller to negative. After the seller promised he'd correct everything if I could alter the feedback I got in touch with playerauctions. They said there is literally nothing at all they can do to help. They can't let me change the feedback, they won't delete the feedback so I can write a new one. So in the end they continue to let a seller who they know is stealing accounts back continue to sell and do literally nothing to help the honest buyer who was screwed out of money. I cannot wrap my head around how this is the final solution to this problem. Sad.

First off, I'd like to note that the order was purchased without insurance --- with this, I'm very sorry but we cannot provide any refund if something happens to an order. However, our team will still provide support in mediation and communication.
As for the review, we allow only a maximum of (1) opportunity to change it. This is to keep our reviews as pristine as possible and to avoid it from being influenced by other users as much as possible. Case in point is your seller's message to you --- if what you claim is true, that he wants the negative review to be taken out first before he resolves this, then the review loses its point. The more optimal way of resolving this would be for us to have compelling evidence from you that incriminates the seller as the one responsible for reclaiming the account. In this regard, we cannot delete the review as a pretext for the seller to resolve the case for you. On the other hand, the screenshots we received were insufficient to narrow down on the seller, as the email change on the account could have been initiated by you or anyone else --- it doesn't strictly point to the seller.
Even without insurance, we have provided support on this order and since I don't want you to go empty handed, we messaged your seller again one last time to ask him to resolve this for you. If he replies, we'll be sure to email you about it (and you will know about it too since he should contact you if there are any resolutions).

All I can say is I've been with this community for years. I came back to sign in an old account so I could buy a new Pokemon account, and my activation codes weren't working.
To spare details, after countless hours of troubleshooting and sending my troubleshooting status to them, they replied saying my account was permanently locked an unrecoverable due to suspicion. All I wanted to do was purchase a Pokemon account, but unfortunately I'll have to use another site. Definitely do not recommend.

I bought an account paid the insurance next day player took account back. Filed a dispute with pictures and email communication confirming. Bought insurance, no matter what information you have it will never be enough to claim on the insurance. SCAM save your money do not deal with this company. Horrible support

I can also see that there are no disputes for this yet; I have now asked our support team to contact you and the seller. Please note that you need to contact Hi-Rez and ask for the status of the account. They should say something along the lines of "the account was reclaimed by the original owner". Please take a screenshot of that and reply it back to the email our support team will send you within the allotted time, which will also be mentioned in the mail. I've bought multiple accounts on player auctions without any problems. But recently i tried buying an account and the order was canceled but my money was taken and never refunded. And it sucks they have no customer service or any type of help service. I cant make contact to anyone because i cant dispute.

I have lost a dispute when it clearly had some evidence on my site. I wanted them atleast to check the dispute on the easiest level but they had no effort for it. The original owner of the google account somehow got it back and mysteriously he changed the password 3 month ago when the account also was sold the second time 3 month ago. They did not even want to check the orders for screenshots and stuff to clearly check if the account got double sold. They searched the easiest way out even tho I used to buy the insurance to be safe. Never ever trust into them guys.

Latest update - The item has now been returned. It took so many weeks, Im gonna bump the overall rating from a 1 to 2. I honestly wanted to keep it at a 1 star because I had to blast them on sitejabber for anything to even start happening. I contacted them twice through their contact forums on playerauction.com and had no response, nothing
I accepted a trade offer though their bot July 16 for a CSGO item. I waited over the 15 day waiting period to see my item on PlayerAuction site. Contacted 10 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. What a joke They are obviously trying scam people.

Had one successful account I bought a while back so I thought I would buy another two accounts. They straight up take your money but won't deliver accounts, excuses are given about them being sent to my emails but it has been over a day with no email sent. No support either on it.

The second the seller recieve my money he recovered the account back. I purchase the extra coverage and player auctions still wouldnt give me my money back... never buy from these untrustworthy bastards.

Won't dispute and never got my money back for the order. Someone sold me a stolen account and did not provide all the info for it so when I asked for a refund player acutions found it in my favor and said that I would get a refund within 7 days but I never received one and it's been almost 2 months.

I've bought multiple accounts with 1 year buyers insurance, then the account would even be recovered within A WEEK. My two biggest issues were that I never once received a refund for any of my accounts, even after following all of the support teams instructions. The icing on the cake was when I notified PlayerAuctions about being scammed, the user still remained on the site, which was VERY irritating.
Other than that big issue for me, I haven't had any issues when selling accounts or buying gold. Only thing that seems like a rip-off to me is the insurance account scam, so I make sure to tell my friends not to bother with account buying on the site (even though I mentioned that I sell accounts, but none of my buyers have had any complaints).
