When I was trying to buy a fortnite account, the seller gave me the email and password.
When I tried to log in, it said it was temporarily locked. So I waited for a little while and nothing happened. Little did I know, the scammer changed the password so i could not log in. When tried to dispute the charge, all player auctions did was give me a loading screen that never moved. I tried multiple times.

Bought protection on an account. Spent a lot of time and money on it and made sure to buy insurance. The account was taken back and Player Auctions did nothing about it.
I bought a CS: GO steam account for $180, including their 'insurance'. The owner reclaimed the account, however my dispute was immediately closed with no response from the seller. I contacted support and they told me that the decision was final and their was nothing that could be done. It is a blatant scam. If you are thinking about using their service, don't. Extremely dodgy.

I've been using paypal for a long time. Now they will no longer allow it. Everything it says it fails. When I asked them on facebook I was told they updated their policy and kept pushing Gocoin. I'm very unhappy with them.

I purchased an oldschool runescape account on the 7th of october. Everything was fine for the first five days until the previous owner recovered the account and changed the password. As someone who is weary to scams, I set up and authenticator and a bank pin. Still the owner bypassed it all. When I try to recover the account, the email has been changed back to the owners (as seen in the picture, my email is not from hotmail). On top of the frustration, the original owner deleted his seller page so I can't even contact them...

I purchased an account with buyer protection, thinking that if the original owner reclaimed account I would be able to get my money back or else what is the point of even buying an account from PlayerAuctions. Well, one week later I wake up to the account email/password being changed and account being taken back from the original owner. Even the blizzard email shows a Brazilian origin hours, same as the original owner. I wait 72 hours to hear back from them multiple times and then they await a response from the seller, with no answer! They conclude he wins the dispute when he didn't even respond and I am showing proof. PlayerAuctions completely ignoring the facts and saving thereselves some money, a complete disgrace to the players who support them.
About 2 weeks ago I purchased an old school runescape account... knowing how the recovery systems works I also purchased the insurance in case the seller was to recover the account, low and behold 2 weeks after the purchase I can no longer log into the account and what do you know? When I go to request a "forgot password" request it wants to send it to the sellers email... I had submitted a dispute with the little evidence you can get when something like this happens through runescapes system and it was denied because I can't submit "evidence"... this is the exact reason I purchased insurance but playerauctions is unable to help me and closed dispute ticket, so I had submitted a regular ticket as this is unfair and not only am I losing 2 weeks of work I put into the account... I am now out $250 USD. Awful service and would never recommend to anyone.

Player auctions and I had a good track record never had an issue until I bought a LoL account with insurance. I submitted my first request for recovering the account with the rare skin within the 1 year period of insurance on the account as it had been recovered by the original owner. I sent player auctions screen shots of my charts with riot games trying to recover the account and them
Telling me the info was not sufficient enough for them to even talk to me about the account I purchased as I was not it's original creator I also provided screen shots of both log in screen and website saying email was sent to my email when I get no email to reset password. I also sent screenshots of the account password and email change requests I did within minutes of receiving the account details I randomly generate my passwords and nothing else of mine has been hacked. Original seller will not respond to me nor player auctions. Original seller has removed feedback from my page as I was pissed. I have since submitted chat logs about me trying talk to riot about the account being sold to me and that I needed proof that the own recovered the account. I also within days of not receiving anyhelp recovering my account purchased another account with the same rare skin why on earth would I do that I don't know I wil not use player auctions unless it's a last resort they definitely don't stand behind a customer who has spent thousands of dollars on their site. Sad.

I am selling on playeraucitons and I see that every buyer, who wants to buy my account, has got payment error. For a long time, no one has bought a totally cheap account. They must contact me through email or something else and then I can sell them it offsite without any problems and without high fees! THEY HAVE BAD PAYMENT SYSTEM!

Previously I wrote a 5 star review here, but I edited it because I was very disappointed with their decision.
I have a dispute case, a buyer claim that he cannot enter the game with the given google account. Actually, he was wrong because of too many login attempts so he could not log in (LOCKED) up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, I still can't enter, I don't know why. But clearly all the account data provided (Password, Recovery, etc) I have helped change for the buyer but without agreement he made a dispute until finally he received a refund. But after the refund I asked to return the account he bought because he had received the money back, he refused with his rude talk. Obviously I did not accept, I immediately contacted the support by hoping that I would be helped. As you know, you have to wait 1-2 weeks ONLY to wait for the response from this website Support. I only asked for the account that I sell to return to my hands, but they refused. I didn't understand what they wanted anymore, but I was very disappointed with this
So far I have not complained about their provisions to take 12-14% of the profits from each of my sales and indeed my losses from this case are not large. But I only need the responsibility of the buyer to return the account that I sell, that's all.
